Pirro Drops the Hammer on Wall Street

Jeanine Pirro Just Hit JPMorgan and Bank of America With Criminal Subpoenas Over Conservative Debanking

JPMorgan Chase already admitted in court it shut down over 50 of Trump's accounts after January 6.

Now the Justice Department wants to know who else they did it to. And the banks are going to have to answer.

US Attorney Jeanine Pirro's Washington, DC office has sent sweeping criminal subpoenas to JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and other major banks demanding the names of every customer they cut off – and a written explanation for why each account was closed.

This is not a polite inquiry.

Federal subpoenas carry legal weight, and ignoring them means contempt proceedings.

Parents responsible for ther teens violent crimes

Jeanine Pirro demands tougher curfew, warns DC teens and parents face prosecution after Navy Yard Chipotle brawl

Washington, D.C., US Attorney Jeanine Pirro stood before cameras and put the city on notice: teenagers involved in violent mob gatherings, and the parents who let them roam, will face federal prosecution, fines, and jail time.

The warning came after a brawl tore through a Chipotle restaurant in the Navy Yard neighborhood, with video showing youths fighting and hurling chairs inside the business.

"What happened this past Saturday night at Chipotle in the Navy Yard, and what we're seeing increasingly across the district is not only unacceptable, it is violent, it is dangerous, and it is illegal," Pirro said at a press conference, the New York Post reported. "And I am here to tell you it's going to stop."

The incident at the Navy Yard Chipotle was not an isolated flare-up. Pirro described a pattern of "teen takeovers" spreading across the District, violent, chaotic gatherings that have resulted in assaults and property destruction. Her office's response marks a sharp escalation, one that targets not just the juveniles but the adults responsible for them.

Pirro made clear that her office views parental negligence as part of the problem, and intends to treat it as a criminal matter. She invoked federal statutes for contributing to the delinquency of minors, which carry penalties of up to six months in prison.

Teen DC Murderers arrested - Will be charged as Adults

2 Teens Arrested for Murder of DC Congressional Intern

DC US Attorney Jeanine Pirro announced Friday that two teenagers have been charged with first-degree murder and will be tried as adults for the slaying of a congressional intern — and that a third suspect is still being pursued.

Jalen Lucas and Kelvin Thomas Jr., both 17, were apprehended in DC and charged with fatally shooting Eric Tarpinian-Jachym, 21, in a June 30 drive-by about a mile northeast of the White House.

The three gunmen allegedly unloaded 79 rounds from two rifles and a 9mm handgun at a “neighborhood crew” rival riding a bike, officials said, striking bystanders including Tarpinian-Jachym, who died July 1.

“The DC Council thinks that these kids need to be protected. They don’t need to be protected. They need to be made accountable, and we need to be protected… This killing underscores why we need the authority to prosecute these younger kids, because they’re not kids, they’re criminals.”

Pirro said that the case was being prosecuted under DC law, rather than federal law, meaning the two suspects are not eligible for the death penalty.
