Federal judge refers Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner to DOJ over alleged perjury and obstruction

A federal judge has referred Democrat, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner and his top deputy to the Department of Justice, for possible criminal investigation, alleging the city's chief prosecutor may have pressured staff to present a false narrative to the court.

U.S. District Judge Paul Diamond issued a written opinion Tuesday disqualifying Krasner and deputy Matthew Stiegler from an ongoing murder-conviction case and referring both men to federal prosecutors. The judge concluded that evidence uncovered in the proceeding could constitute false statements, perjury, obstruction of justice, and conspiracy, Fox News Digital reported.

Neither Krasner nor Stiegler has been charged. But the referral itself is extraordinary, a sitting federal judge telling the Justice Department that a major-city district attorney and one of his senior aides may have broken the law inside his own courtroom.

Did Hunter Biden lie to impeachment investigators during his testimony about having been involved in the Burnham Asset Management venture?

According to the report, there is a paper trail and employment contract that would link Hunter Biden to the deal.

Documents seized by the FBI and SEC during a 2016 investigation into the controversial securities fund seem to show that Hunter lied to investigators.

Burnham Asset Management was involved in a securities fraud case, but it also happened to be the same firm that Hunter's business partners used to help a Russian oligarch.

When Hunter testified about the firm, Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) asked, “And did you have any active participation in Burnham, either as an equity holder, director, or officer?”

Hunter replied, “No. I don't think that ever came to fruition. I think that there was a proposal that I'd be a part of that, but it all fell apart in all of this.”

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis initially believed that her case against former President Donald Trump would be the pinnacle of her career.

However, it now seems that it could instead lead to its downfall. Reports from Fox News indicate that Willis, caught in a scandal involving her ex-lover and fellow prosecutor on the Trump case, Nathan Wade, has recently faced another setback.

Both Willis and Wade have been reported to the Georgia State Bar by a watchdog organization for suspected misconduct.

“The American Accountability Foundation (AAF) is requesting that the Georgia state bar open disciplinary proceedings against the Fulton County DA and Wade for violations of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct,” the Fox News report said.

The group claims that Willis and Wade both committed perjury by falsely testifying under oath about the timing of their affair.
