Amendment 1: Budget Stabilization Fund

Purpose: To increase the cap on Florida's budget stabilization fund from 10% to 25% of general revenue.
Outcome: This amendment was defeated in the election.

Amendment 2: Agricultural Property Tax Exemption

Purpose: To exempt agricultural-related tangible personal property, such as farm equipment, from property taxes.

Outcome: The results for this amendment are still pending.

Amendment 3: Property Tax/Homestead Changes

Purpose: To increase the homestead property tax exemption and adjust property tax assessments

          Outcome: This amendment was approved by approximately 62% of voters.
