Judge blocks Deportation Order for Terrorist's family

Biden Judge Protects Terrorist’s Family—FBI Fights Back!

In a shocking display of judicial overreach, a federal judge appointed by Joe Biden has temporarily blocked President Donald Trump from deporting the wife and five children of Mohamed Sabry Soliman, the Egyptian terrorist who firebombed a pro-Israel demonstration in Boulder, Colorado.

U.S. District Judge Gordon Gallagher, a Biden loyalist, sided with the family of a man who committed a heinous act of terrorism, further proving the left’s prioritization of illegal immigrants over American safety.

On June 1, 2025, Soliman—a 45-year-old Egyptian national—launched a brutal attack on innocent demonstrators, injuring twelve people with Molotov cocktails and a flamethrower while screaming “Free Palestine.”

The FBI rightly classified this as both a terrorist attack and a hate crime, yet the liberal media and activist judges seem more concerned with protecting his family than delivering justice for the victims.

Soliman, who entered the U.S. legally in 2022 under Biden’s weak immigration policies, was illegally present at the time of the attack due to an expired visa.

Despite this, CNN rushed to paint Soliman’s family as victims, reporting: “U.S. District Judge Gordon P. Gallagher granted a request from the family of Mohamed Sabry Soliman to halt deportation proceedings of his wife and five children who were taken into federal custody Tuesday by U.S. immigration officials.”

The network conveniently omitted the fact that ICE was enforcing the law by detaining individuals who had no legal right to remain in the country.

Solution to Judicial Tyranny

Speaker Johnson Drops Bombshell: Courts on Chopping Block!

"In a bold and necessary move, House Speaker Mike Johnson has issued a stark warning to the far-left activist judges waging lawfare against President Donald J. Trump.

Since his triumphant return to the White House on January 20, 2025, President Trump has faced an unprecedented wave of politically motivated legal attacks—137 cases in less than two months, with only two closed. This is not justice; this is a judicial insurrection, as Senior Counsel Josh Hammer of the Article III Project rightly called it on The War Room with Steve Bannon.

The radical left, unable to defeat Trump at the ballot box, has weaponized the courts to sabotage his presidency. During his first term, Trump faced 65 nationwide injunctions—already an outrageous number.

But now, the lawfare has escalated to staggering levels, with activist judges—many appointed by Biden and Obama—issuing reckless rulings designed to obstruct the will of the American people.

Speaker Johnson, finally recognizing the existential threat posed by these rogue judges, declared that Congress has the authority to defund and even disband these lawless courts."

Engoron's Ethics in Play

Alina Habba spoke out over this severe blunder

Democrats have made plenty of mistakes in their many witch hunts against Donald Trump.

One in particular is coming back to haunt them in a major way.

Back in February, New York real estate attorney Adam Leitman Bailey confessed that just weeks before Engoron (who has given thousands of dollars to Democrats over 25 years) handed down his judgment, he spoke privately with the Democrat Judge about the case.

“This attorney, Mr. Bailey, went on TV bragging about the fact he had spoken with the judge that was sitting on our case, Judge Engoron," said Habba.

“The judge had not issued his final decision on this case and this attorney who has sued Trump more than six times has now gone up to a judge sitting on an active case and spoken to him about the case,” Habba added. “That is not allowed.” This is indisputably a clear violation of the rules of judicial conduct.

Sen. John Kennedy asks Judicial Nominee basic questions

Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) stumped yet another Biden judicial nominee

with basic questions on constitutional legal doctrine.

At a hearing to consider federal District Court Judge Ana de Alba for a spot on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Kennedy asked de Alba to explain the Dormant Commerce Clause doctrine and the Commerce Clause, which is found in Article 1 of the U.S. Constitution.

"This has been in the news a lot lately, and you'll probably see it if you're confirmed to the Court of Appeal. Tell me about the Dormant Commerce Clause," Kennedy quizzed.

Our Judicial System is Political

Appeals court rules against transgender man in bathroom case in Florida

A federal appeals court has ruled that a Florida school district’s policy of separating school bathrooms based on biological sex is constitutional.

The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals announced its 7-4 decision on Friday, ruling that the St. Johns County School Board did not discriminate against transgender students based on sex, or violate federal civil rights law by requiring transgender students to use gender-neutral bathrooms or bathrooms matching their biological sex.

The court’s decision was split down party lines, with seven justices appointed by Republican presidents siding with the school district and four justices appointed by Democratic presidents siding with Drew Adams, a former student who sued the district in 2017 because he wasn’t allowed to use the boys restroom.

It's so sad that our judicial system has been invaded by politics. This is a common sense decision but four on the Appellate Court voted against. Incredible.

FBI and DOJ cover-up on Hunter Biden

FBI and DOJ Created Scheme to Undermine and Downplay Hunter Biden Crimes Say Whistleblowers

In its quest to shield President Joe Biden from the crimes and misdeeds of his son, Hunter, and his own potential complicity, the FBI has actively and corruptly downplayed any damaging information about Hunter.

This according to a letter sent Monday to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray, by Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee is also the most senior Republican in the Senate and its president pro tempore.

The Grassley letter, first reported by CBS News, says “highly credible” Department of Justice (DOJ) whistleblowers are the source for the claims.

Freedom of speech and religion, due process and legal equality Wins

Court Win for Professor Sued by Muslim Student, Punished by College Over Terrorism Course

A federal court has ruled in favor of a professor thrown under the bus by his public college after a Muslim student claimed the Islamic terrorism portion of a world politics class violated his Constitutional rights.

C.A.I.R. was behind the lawsuit. "Founded in 1994 by three Middle Eastern extremists (Omar Ahmad, Nihad Awad and Rafeeq Jaber) who ran the American propaganda wing of Hamas, CAIR was named as a co-conspirator in a federal terror-finance case involving the Hamas front group Holy Land Foundation."

This is what we're dealing with today--a vast majority of liberal professors and people suing for just about anything for which they disagree. We need more college professors such as Professor Damask who teaches facts and truth.

Globalist policies dictating to U.S.?

Our nation has never accepted the UN rules

and we have never made them part of our law by treaty or otherwise…

Court Relied on UN Handbook to Block Trump’s Asylum Policy

The Immigration Reform Law Institute said Washington, D.C.’s district court relied on United Nations guidelines and other invalid legal arguments when it enjoined the President Donald Trump’s asylum policies.

We have our own laws in this country and we are not under any jurisdiction of some global entity.

Supreme Court Gives Warnings to District Judges on Trump Resistance Rulings

The Supreme Court delivered a not so veiled threat against judges who use activism in place of the law in their decisions. They also criticized the judges for making their rulings national and not case specific, a breach of trust on their part.

Those judges would be eligible for removal for corruption. Although the warning is about several different issues, the court was especially harsh on judges who ruled against Trump’s travel bans, as he was doing this under the auspices of a law passed by Congress. They pointed out they could not take statements made by Trump or any of his officials on the subject. [Steadfast and Loyal]

Demand Justice plans to bring down Brett Kavanaugh

The true Deplorables--

One of Hillary Clinton’s activist groups has weighed in with strategies on how to defeat the President’s SCOTUS nominee, Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

Demand Justice was founded in early 2018 and is a left-of-center 501(c)(4) advocacy group that aims to influence the political leanings of America’s courts by supporting the appointment of liberal judicial nominees and opposing right-of-center nominees. The organization acts primarily through media campaigns against nominated and unconfirmed judicial nominees. [Influence Watch]

They even refer to their strategies as battle plans. They will be attacking the Judge by trying to attach him to a sexual scandal of a Judge he clerked for. That is the Dems proven tactic of personal destruction. The other strategy will be to delay the nomination by burying it in paperwork. Here is what they intend to do.

Mark Jeremy Bennett

Mark Jeremy Bennett (born February 24, 1953) is a Honolulu, Hawaii attorney who served as Attorney General of Hawaii from 2003 to 2010 in the two-term administration of Republican Governor Linda Lingle. He is the first attorney general appointed by a Republican governor since the governorship of William F. Quinn, the first elected governor of the state. He has been nominated to be a United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. [Wikipedia]

According to Amanda Head of The Hollywood Conservative, "As Hawaii’s attorney general, Bennett tried to block conservative groups from speaking about politics and claimed in court filings that the Constitution does not give Americans the right to own a gun."

We need to get conservatives on the Ninth Circuit. Is he really what we want?

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton will appear on “The O’Reilly Factor” on the Fox News Channel in the 8 pm hour tonight, October 14, 2016, to discuss Hillary Clinton’s answers given under oath regarding her email practices.

Hillary objected to just about every question that she was ordered to answer by U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan.  Of course. When has she ever been honest?

Quote of the Day - On Refugees

“If you’re a discriminating aficionado of cigars, that’s a good thing, but if you’re discriminating in terms of protecting our country, somehow that becomes a bad thing. Of course we’re discriminating! We have to, otherwise there’s no purpose for law enforcement at all – or, for that matter, borders.”

~ Philip Haney
a retired Customs and Border Protection officer and author of “See Something, Say Nothing: A Homeland Security Officer Exposes the Government’s Submission to Jihad.”

Judge Richard Posner, writing the unanimous opinion on behalf of a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, declared the state of Indiana “provides no evidence that Syrian terrorists are posing as refugees or that Syrian refugees have ever committed acts of terrorism in the United States.”

Obama appoints Muslim as Judge

Comment Up

President Obama has appointed a Muslim as a federal judge, someone who has never been a judge, a Pakistani immigrant who has practiced law in the United States for 10 years. He has a JD from Harvard Law School 1997 and a BA, Cornell University 1993. But it’s his ties to Islamists, including those in the Saudi Arabian government, that could prove troubling for senators being asked to approve his nomination.

On February 11, 2016 President Obama nominated another Muslim, Abduhl Karim Kallon, to serve as a United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. His nomination is pending before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Accusations flying in Palm Beach County Judicial race

I have met both these candidates, Bradley Harper and Ettie Feistmann, and like them both. I have no clue as to whom is more qualified but one thing for sure, they are both impressive people.

County Court, Group 15: Esther “Ettie” Feistmann vs. Bradley Harper

The Palm Beach Post article says that Harper accused Feistmann of falsely saying he violated canons and consequently would be removed from office if elected. He also said she improperly publicized endorsement from a candidate in a contested state Senate race. Commission found Feistmann shouldn’t have used the endorsement. Also said it appeared Feistmann’s supporters made statements about Harper but warned her not to let them make statements she can’t legally make herself.

Feistmann accused Harper of 11 violations. Commission found three — not having proper disclaimers on campaign materials, posting a photo of himself with U.S. Rep. Alcee Hastings and making false statements about Feistmann’s qualifications — violations of canons. Cleared Harper of other violations and didn’t rule on one.
