The lawfare against Donald Trump is taking such a dramatic turn as Democrats are showing desperation to save face.

New York Attorney General Letitia James built her campaign for her position on the promise that she would focus solely on going after Donald Trump.

And James did follow through on that promise when she teamed up with fellow Democrat, Judge Arthur Engoron, to bill Trump $464 million in a civil fraud case where no crime, financial loss, or victim was identified.

Legal experts across the country, from a wide variety of political standpoints, saw the lawsuit as being nothing more than a politically motivated abuse of power.

No Attorney General has invoked such a law to target someone in the way that James had done with former President Donald Trump.

But sustaining the judgment was not the intended goal – forcing Trump to endure the process, plus all of the bad press was the true punishment for Trump.

James knew that if she could score the original victory, it would give a green light to the Democrats and their fake news media allies to paint Trump off publicly as a con man during the crucial, upcoming election.

One in particular is coming back to haunt them in a major way.

Back in February, New York real estate attorney Adam Leitman Bailey confessed that just weeks before Engoron (who has given thousands of dollars to Democrats over 25 years) handed down his judgment, he spoke privately with the Democrat Judge about the case.

“This attorney, Mr. Bailey, went on TV bragging about the fact he had spoken with the judge that was sitting on our case, Judge Engoron," said Habba.

“The judge had not issued his final decision on this case and this attorney who has sued Trump more than six times has now gone up to a judge sitting on an active case and spoken to him about the case,” Habba added. “That is not allowed.” This is indisputably a clear violation of the rules of judicial conduct.

New York Launches Probe Into Trump Judge

The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct has launched an investigation into a New York attorney’s claim that he advised Judge Arthur Engoron in the case against former President Donald Trump.

Attorney Adam Leitman Bailey told WNBC-TV that he had a courthouse conversation with Engoron three weeks before the judge would slap Trump with a $454 million penalty for "fraudulently" inflating the value of his assets.

New York judges are barred from considering outside opinions in such a way when litigating a case, yet Bailey said he discussed the legal questions at length with the judge and told him he was making a big mistake.

According to the New York State Rules of Judicial Conduct, “a judge shall not initiate, permit, or consider ex parte communications, or consider other communications made to the judge outside the presence of the parties or their lawyers.”

And here’s where it gets juicy: the fire reportedly started when an unnamed individual decided to set some court documents ablaze.

Now, I don’t know about you, but that sounds like something right out of a dramatic courtroom thriller.

Judge Arthur Engoron has already concluded that there was “fraud,” even though there is no proof of loan defaults, complaints from business acquaintances, or anything of the sort. Frankly, stating an opinion on a case before it even comes to his court is outrageous.

Furthermore, the paperwork associated with Trump’s real estate transactions included a disclaimer informing buyers and sellers that they should conduct their due diligence on property prices, which is a normal language in many contracts.

But now that Engoron has outrageously ruled that Trump’s Mar-a-Lago mansion is only worth roughly $18 million, even real estate agent Liza Pulitzer believes Trump’s Mar-a-Lago is worth around $500 million.
