Democrats have been screaming about Trump's travel restrictions since he announced them. But then they scream about everything.

The White House decided it was time to set the record straight.

President Trump expanded travel restrictions to 20 additional countries last week, and the White House isn't apologizing to anyone.

White House spokeswoman Abigail Jackson provided an exclusive statement to Breitbart News that cut through the leftist hysteria like a knife.

"President Trump's top priority will always be the safety and security of the American people," Jackson declared. "This is just another way that the President is working to keep dangerous aliens out of our country who seek to exploit or harm American citizens."

President Trump issued a proclamation Wednesday restricting the entry of people from a dozen countries into the U.S., citing national security concerns.

Trump's order states that he has decided to "fully restrict and limit" entry from Afghanistan, Myanmar, Chad, Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen.

He is also partially restricted and limited entry of nationals from seven countries: Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan, and Venezuela.

"These restrictions distinguish between, but apply to both, the entry of immigrants and nonimmigrants," the order states.

The order goes into effect Monday, per the proclamation. In a prepared statement, U.S. Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick, a Haitian-American and a Democrat whose district serves part of Palm Beach County, called the move "baseless and harmful."  😆

Officials with the Biden Administration said they are having conversations about anything that could help mitigate spread, including Florida travel restrictions, the Miami Herald reported Wednesday.

Supreme Court Gives Warnings to District Judges on Trump Resistance Rulings

The Supreme Court delivered a not so veiled threat against judges who use activism in place of the law in their decisions. They also criticized the judges for making their rulings national and not case specific, a breach of trust on their part.

Those judges would be eligible for removal for corruption. Although the warning is about several different issues, the court was especially harsh on judges who ruled against Trump’s travel bans, as he was doing this under the auspices of a law passed by Congress. And even though there is supposedly a 5/4 conservative leaning on the court, it does not guarantee that the President's ban will be up held. President Trump's ban now involves five countries as the restrictions on Chad were lifted on April 10.

If you recall, "In another immigration-related case, the justices on April 17 invalidated a provision in a U.S. law requiring deportation of immigrants convicted of certain crimes of violence. Trump’s administration and the prior Obama administration had defended the provision," said Reuters.
