Iran shoring up Hezbollah?

Iran Moves To Rebuild Hezbollah

The Iran analysts at the American Enterprise Institute’s Critical Threats Project say a senior Iranian delegation close to Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei visited southern Lebanon this week to shore up Hezbollah.

The trip signals that Iran is moving to rebuild its most important proxy at the proxy’s weakest point in years.

Hezbollah has been the crown jewel of Iran’s regional network and the dagger pointed at Israel’s northern border. An attempt to reconstitute it after two devastating wars is the clearest sign Tehran intends to rearm rather than retreat, and it puts a fragile ceasefire at risk.

The delegation went to the south. Critical Threats reported that a senior Iranian delegation of figures close to the Supreme Leader visited southern Lebanon on October 1 to support Hezbollah.

Hardliners led it. The group reportedly included IRGC Brigadier General Hossein Yekta, an officer tied to recruitment and internal security, and the ultra-hardline cleric Alireza Panahian, both longtime associates of Khamenei.

This rests on one analyst source. The account comes from a think-tank intelligence update and a single outlet echoing it, not yet matched by a wire service, so read it as a credible analyst report rather than confirmed fact.

The Betrayal Hiding in Plain Sight

Trump Confirmed It on the Record and Netanyahu Should Be Nervous

Trump Delivered. Netanyahu Took and Ran

Netanyahu has been calling Trump his greatest ally for months.

Trump just told a reporter he called Netanyahu "f***ing crazy" – and meant every word.

What Trump said next explains exactly why Netanyahu is the one killing this Iran deal.

Trump went to war with Iran so Israel wouldn't have to do it alone. He pounded Iranian nuclear facilities. He killed Hezbollah's supply chain. He negotiated a ceasefire with Tehran that had Iran on its knees and a historic deal within reach.

Then Netanyahu ordered strikes on Beirut. Iran's foreign minister had already made the condition explicit: Israeli bombs falling on Lebanon meant Tehran walks. And they did walk – suspending talks with the U.S. in direct response.

Trump had personally guaranteed a ceasefire. He posted it on Truth Social. He announced both sides had agreed to stand down. Trump told Netanyahu directly on that call: "I'm saving your ass. Everybody hates you now. Everybody hates Israel because of this."

When a reporter asked Trump whether he'd actually said those words, Trump confirmed it without hesitation: "I did. I was a little bit perturbed at his constantly fighting with Lebanon."

Netanyahu said OK on the call. Then kept bombing.

Tlaib goes down in defeat for big Lie

House rejects Tlaib war powers resolution on Lebanon in lopsided 324-92 vote

The House dealt Rep. Rashida Tlaib a decisive defeat Thursday, voting 324 to 92 to block her war powers resolution that would have directed President Trump to withdraw U.S. armed forces from Lebanon within seven days. The margin was not close, and the Michigan Democrat's own party leadership helped ensure it wasn't.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Democratic Whip Katherine Clark, and Democratic Caucus Chair Pete Aguilar all came out against the measure before the vote, issuing a joint statement that undercut Tlaib's central premise. CBS News reported that the three Democratic leaders declared flatly that there are no U.S. servicemembers involved in combat operations or hostilities in Lebanon.

That left Tlaib arguing for a withdrawal from a conflict her own leadership said does not exist, at least not in the way her resolution described it.

Tlaib forced the vote after weeks of fighting between Israel and the Iranian-backed militant group Hezbollah in southern Lebanon. She framed the United States as an "active participant" in what she called Israel's "ethnic cleansing campaign" and "war crimes." Those are her words, labeled as framing claims, not established facts.

On the House floor Wednesday night, Tlaib made a specific accusation about the Trump administration's role:
"The Trump administration is providing intelligence, coordinating strikes and demonstrating overt command over Israeli decisions."
She offered no publicly cited evidence for that claim during floor debate. The resolution itself directed the president to pull U.S. armed forces "from Lebanon" within a week of adoption, broad language that drew objections from both sides of the aisle.

You can not trust Iran for one day

Hormuz traffic status disintegrates when Iran rejects port blockade

Just a day after President Donald Trump and Iran officials both announced that traffic was resuming through the Strait of Hormuz, a key path that carries some 20% of the world's oil supplies, Iran has reversed course.

It announced heading into the weekend that the "control of the Strait of Hormuz has returned to its previous state … under strict management and control of the armed forces."

The rogue Islamic regime is protesting Trump's continued blockade of its ports, a move that was designed to apply pressure on Iran to reach a longer term agreement that would provide, after decades of instability because of its worldwide sponsorship of terror, some level ground.

The reopening had been conditioned on a ceasefire between Hezbollah, in Lebanon, and Israel, and Trump has just announced that was beginning.

At Not the Bee came the comment, "We're back at a stalemate it would appear. … The deal didn't even last 24 hours and Iran has reversed course, reimposed sanctions, and closed the strait once more."

Lebanon and Israel meeting today

Another uncertain diplomatic meeting happening on U.S. soil

With the Middle East on edge, and the world watching after failed U.S.-Iran talks, a lesser-known diplomatic meeting is set for today between Israel and Lebanon.

Diplomats from both sides are scheduled to meet on U.S. soil, at the State Department, to discuss an end to Israel’s attacks on Hezbollah that parallel the combined U.S.-Israel attacks on Iran.

At issue is a ceasefire, which will be demanded by Lebanon’s ambassador at the same time the IDF is striking Hezbollah targets in and around Beirut. That ongoing military operation is a counterattack after the terrorist group, which is funded and supported by Iran, launched cross-border attacks when the U.S. and Israel launched Operation Epic Fury.

The face-to-face diplomatic talks, which are being called unusual and historic, are also complicated since Lebanon’s well-armed radical Muslims perceive diplomacy with Israel as weakness if not traitorous.

Trump clearing our embassy in Beirut, Lebanon

Trump Just Cleared the Beirut Embassy and Iran Has One Week to Figure Out Why

On October 23, 1983, Iran directed Hezbollah to detonate a truck packed with 12,000 pounds of explosives into the U.S. Marine barracks in Beirut – killing 241 Americans in the deadliest single day for Marines since Iwo Jima.

The NSA had intercepted Tehran's order nearly a month earlier – the cable described as "24-karat proof" – and the warning got buried in bureaucracy until it was too late.

The Trump administration ordered the evacuation of non-emergency personnel from the U.S. Embassy in Beirut, and unlike 1983, nobody in Washington is sleeping at the wheel.

Trump's Iran Nuclear Deal Deadline Expires This Week. The State Department confirmed the evacuation Monday, citing "the security environment" without elaborating – but the backdrop is no mystery.

President Trump has assembled the largest American military force in the Middle East since the 2003 invasion of Iraq: two aircraft carrier strike groups, more than a dozen warships, over 200 warplanes, submarines, and advanced missile defense systems all now positioned around Iran.

Kamala's Lebanon First moment on Twitter

Remember when ALIPAC advised all of you to join and support Twitter / X under Elon Musk's free speech reforms because that 'Hunter Biden laptop moment' may arise again, and this time the elites can't censor it if enough of you react, share, and cross-platform the story?

Well, that moment has arrived just 29 days before the Nov. 5, 2024 Election Day!

Here is a real statement from the Vice President of the US and current candidate for President on your ballot made at 7:37 PM ET on Oct 5, 2024, as millions of Americans struggle to survive a disaster of biblical proportions in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. They get $750.00 a person.
Vice President Kamala Harris @VP
The people of Lebanon are facing an increasingly dire humanitarian situation. I am concerned about the security and well-being of civilians suffering in Lebanon and will continue working to help meet the needs of all civilians there. To that end, the United States will provide nearly $157 million in additional assistance to the people of Lebanon for essential needs such as food, shelter, water, protection, and sanitation to help those who have been displaced by the recent conflict. This additional support brings total U.S. assistance to Lebanon over the last year to over $385 million.

Hamas, Palestinians...all the same

Palestinian leader: We do not want peace with Israel, just to kill and mutilate their bodies

Palestinian leader in Lebanon Ali Al-Yousufuv appeared on TV to explain that the Palestinians do not want peace with Israelis. He insists that all they want is to kill them and mutilate their bodies. We will rip out the Israelis' spleens and livers?.

During this interview he refers to the local Arabs who left the area to allow the armies of Arab countries (Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Egypt and Jordan) to exterminate the Jews and take their lands and property. This was the war that the Arabs declared on the one-day-old state of Israel in 1948, known as Israel's War of Independence.

While Israel agreed to the UN partition plan and called for peace, the Arabs rejected it because they wanted to genocide the Jews and take their lands. Arab countries are the ones who called on the local Arabs to leave in order to allow the systematic extermination of the local Jews.

They openly declared their intention to "push the Jews into the sea". Against all odds, Israel won and now the Arabs who call themselves "Palestinians" who immigrated to the neighboring countries still claim that the all of lands of Israel should belong to them.
