Trump had no ties to Russian Financial Institution says FBI agent

FBI Agent Reveals Shocking Timeline Of Trump Conspiracy Investigation

An FBI agent said Tuesday that it took him and another agent “less than a day” to determine that the allegation that former President Donald Trump had ties to a Russian financial institution was false and pushed by Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman.

FBI Supervisory Special Agent Scott Hellman said “it took him and another agent less than a day to ascertain the data and ‘white papers’ on two thumb drives Sussmann gave Baker did not support the Trump-Alfa Bank ‘secret connection’ allegation.” Hellman took the stand on the first day of Sussman’s trial for allegedly lying to the FBI.

Sussman was found not guilty in lying to the FBI in the John Durham investigation last year.

Trump has sued Clinton and Sussman, among other Democrats, for “malicious” allegations that his 2016 campaign colluded with Russia. He is seeking $24 million in damages. I hope Sussman gets convicted.

81,000 pages of Discovery turned over by Durham to indicted Democrat lawyer

Durham unloads thousands of documents to Sussmann defense

Special counsel John Durham provided 81,000 pages of discovery to indicted Democratic lawyer Michael Sussmann in his criminal inquiry into the Russia investigation, court filings show.

Although Durham alleged Sussmann told General FBI Counsel James Baker he was not working for any specific client, the special counsel contends Sussmann was secretly doing the bidding of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign while billing her team for it and working on behalf of technology executive Rodney Joffe.

Lawyer indicted on charges of lying to FBI as part of Durham probe into Trump-Russia investigation

Special counsel John Durham is nearing the conclusion of his more than two-year-long probe

According to the indictment, Michael Sussmann -- a prominent cybersecurity lawyer whose law firm Perkins Coie worked for Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign

Sussman lied at a September 2016 meeting with then-FBI General Counsel James Baker in which Sussmann shared information about possible connections between the Trump Organization and a Russian bank.
