Biden stunt is a massive phony failure

Biden Handlers Busted Staging Event at Wawa: ‘He’s Gonna Give You A Tip’

“You’re gonna do the handout… David, he’s gonna give you a tip, so just take it.”

In a recent visit to a Wawa convenience store in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, President Joe Biden’s interactions with the store’s staff have come under scrutiny after a video surfaced revealing the seemingly staged nature of the event.

The footage, which was captured the day of the event, shows a handler for the President instructing the workers on how to interact with him, including a specific moment where Biden was to give a tip to one of the employees.

The video, which has since gone viral on social media platforms, shows a manager at the Wawa store saying, “You’re gonna do the handout. David, he’s gonna give you a tip, so just take it.” Moments later, President Biden could be seen entering the store and following the instructions given by his staff, concluding with the tip.

WaWa says, "Get a job!"

"A lot of Obama supporting welfare moochers are furious over some special signs that are popping up at Wawa grocery stores in Philadelphia.

The signs tell the leeches that their stores are no longer going to be accepting food stamps and to GET A JOB! Lol, too funny but TRUE!

The signs were posted on The Philly Offensive Facebook page but Fac ebook took it down after it went viral! Almost 6,000 people iked it this week and people shared it because they are sick and tired of welfare peasants who refuse to work and just live off of us hardworking taxpayers." Wawa gets approval on Hypoluxo and High Ridge Roads

Today, there was a Board of County Commission public hearing regarding the above upzoning for Wawa that will be situated on 4.2 acres. The site currently is Multiple Use Planned Development (MUPD). The applicant requested Commercial High.

The applicant, Atlantic Land Management, Inc. asked for approval to allow a Type I Restaurant and a Convenience Store with Gas Sales. This applicant gave campaign contributions to every commissioner running for office even the failed campaign of Shelley Vana.

Members of the public spoke in opposition citing concerns regarding increased traffic, compatibility with adjacent homes and the number of gas stations already built along Hypoluxo Road. Those residents in the chamber spoke overwhelming against this project.

That didn't matter to the commission. They voted 5/1 to approve with Mary Lou Berger dissenting. Paulette Burdick had left the room by the time the vote was taken. This vote is no surprise and the commission has fallen in step approving of every developer request that has appeared before them over the last 8 years.

"No, no" on Wawa

UPDATE: The zoning meeting is 9/1 and the Board of County Commissioners meeting is 9/22.

The Saga of Highridge

Sometime soon, the zoning change for a WAWA will come before the Board of County Commissioners, a board that has never turned down any development in Palm Beach County over the last 8 years.

WAWA, a convenience store, half with gas stations, is ranked as the 40th largest private company by Forbes with an estimated $9.02 billion in revenue from just 625 stores in six states: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Florida. The owners of this property want to build a Wawa (stupid name) on Hypoluxo and Highridge Roads west of I-95 and are asking the zoning to be changed to High Commercial.

They want to build in a neighborhood that has been in existence well before I-95 was even a consideration. It is right near Lake Osborne.  This entire area should be protected, not exploited and ruined by a huge corporate conglomerate. Even the Palm Beach Post editorial board came out AGAINST WAWA being built in that area.

But we know how this neighborhood feels as the Board of County Commissioners want to bulldoze 1/3rd of the available land at John Prince Park and give it to a billionaire corporation.

Shouldn't this all be about people and their quality of life? But politicians  only seem to act on behalf of citizens if no wealthy or powerful group objects.  Corporate money talks. This is what we have found in Palm Beach County--they don't ever listen to the people they serve, another reason to vote all the bums out.

Waaa to Wawa

Comment Up

People around Hypoluxo and Highridge Roads are crying about WAWA...it's going to ruin their neighborhood.  Well, ain't that a kick in the pants.

Many of these people are the same ones who have ZERO sympathy with the Atlanta Braves wanting to take over our John Prince Park affecting not only the surrounding neighborhoods here but the environment overall. Vice Mayor Scott Maxwell lives off of Highridge Road and one downtown merchant with an Atlanta Braves sign in her window is one of the more vocal people against Wawa.

Read about it...
