"Dear Diary" Fifth Amendment

Dr. Fauci Hearing Drama

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. jumped into the Anthony Fauci hearing drama with a short message and a meme that quickly got attention online.

Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and one of the most visible faces of the federal COVID response, appeared Wednesday morning under subpoena before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.

The hearing was titled “Testimony of Anthony Fauci” and was scheduled for 8:30 a.m. ET on July 29 in Room SD-342 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building, according to the committee notice cited in the report.

Sen. Rand Paul has been one of Fauci’s fiercest critics for years. The hearing followed Paul’s release of what has been described as Fauci’s “Diary Package” over the weekend. Critics say the material shows Fauci’s concern with his public image during the pandemic era.

Once the hearing began, Fauci reportedly refused to answer questions and invoked the Fifth Amendment. That move immediately fueled fresh criticism from conservatives who have long argued that Fauci has never been fully held accountable for his role in COVID policy, government messaging, and the broader pandemic response.

Aaron Ruper Wiseguy Journalist

White House just humiliated this liberal hack after he tried to smear RFK Jr

Liberal hack Aaron Rupar jumped on the wrong story

Aaron Rupar – who has frequently been called out as a prime example of a left-wing activist masquerading as a journalist – had a field day when a pharmaceutical executive collapsed during President Trump's Oval Office announcement about lowering weight loss drug costs.

While others rushed to help the stricken man, Rupar saw political opportunity. "RFK Jr's response to someone collapsing nearby him was to haul ass out of the room as quickly as possible," Rupar posted to his 1.2 million followers on X.

Dr. Mehmet Oz, Administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, immediately sprang into action and caught Findlay before he hit the floor.

Oz helped lay the man down and elevated his legs in proper first aid protocol. But Rupar wasn't interested in the medical response playing out before the cameras. He wanted to paint Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as a coward who fled a medical emergency.

That's when White House Deputy Press Secretary Kush Desai stepped in with a devastating one-word correction.

"The Secretary rushed to get medical assistance while others tended to the man, you ghoul," Desai fired back at Rupar on Twitter.

HHS Secretary Jim O'Neill appointed as Acting Director of CDC

Trump Picks Kennedy Deputy as Acting CDC Director

The Trump administration has picked Deputy Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Jim O’Neill to serve as acting director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a day after the administration fired current Director Susan Monarez, officials told The Hill.

Monarez is contesting her firing, though the White House has confirmed her ouster following a statement on Wednesday from HHS.

O’Neill is a Silicon Valley investor and former CEO of the Thiel Foundation, funded by Trump donor Peter Thiel. He previously served as principal associate deputy secretary at HHS during the George W. Bush administration.

He was sworn in as deputy secretary in June.

RFK, Jr. starts meetings with Senators

Trump’s Health Pick RFK Jr. Starts Capitol Hill Meetings with GOP Senators

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., selected by President-elect Donald Trump as his choice for Health and Human Services secretary, has begun a series of meetings with Republican senators on Capitol Hill.

Kennedy’s nomination is already facing scrutiny, particularly over his controversial anti-vaccine views, stance on abortion, and proposed changes to the healthcare system.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. began meeting with over two dozen Republican senators this week as part of his nomination process for health and human services secretary, amid concerns over his views on vaccines, abortion, and healthcare reform.

Kennedy, an environmental lawyer and activist, began his Capitol Hill visits on Monday, engaging with key Republican figures, including Senate Majority Leader John Thune of South Dakota, Majority Whip John Barrasso of Wyoming, and the soon-to-be Finance Committee Chair Mike Crapo of Idaho. These meetings are crucial as the Finance Committee, which Crapo will head, will play a central role in approving or rejecting Kennedy’s nomination.

Kennedy’s meetings are not just about policy but also about building relationships with Senate Republicans who will have to confirm him. The senator’s interactions with figures such as Crapo, Barrasso, and Thune will be pivotal in the coming days as they weigh whether to support Kennedy’s nomination.

RFK,Jr says Rand Paul would make a good Senate Minority Speaker

RFK Jr. Endorses Rand Paul to Replace Mitch McConnell as Senate GOP Leader

Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. publicly supported Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) as a replacement for Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) as Senate minority leader following McConnell’s decision to step down in November.

“Part of public service is about knowing when to usher in a new generation. It’s time to promote leaders in Washington, DC who won’t kowtow to the military contractors or push us deeper into foreign conflicts.” Kennedy noted.

“We need representation who will prioritize American wellness over all else. I believe @RandPaul would be an incredible successor. He’s shown great judgment and has the grit to put hardworking Americans first.” he continued.

Personally, I never considered Rand Paul. Aside from standing your ground, compromise when necessary working with the Democrats, a lot of this job is fund raising.

RFK, Jr. wanted Supreme Court to Intervene on his behalf

Supreme Court Rejects Request From Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Presidential candidate sought to intervene in major case

Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s request to intervene in a major case being considered by the U.S. Supreme Court was turned down by the nation's top court on Dec. 11.

One of the justices offered a dissent.

A majority of justices declined a motion to intervene from Mr. Kennedy, who's running for president as an independent after beginning his campaign as a Democrat.

The Supreme Court in October agreed to hear the case, Missouri v. Biden, which was brought by several state attorneys general and involves the pressure the U.S. government applied to social media companies during and before the COVID-19 pandemic.

A U.S. district judge and a federal appeals court said the evidence shows that government agencies worked to suppress speech. Kennedy had a similar case--and has been targeted by the federal government and, to this day, sees speeches and interviews blocked online, according to his lawyers.

Most justices didn't agree and rejected the motion.

RFK, Jr. on the border says "SHUT IT DOWN!"

RFK Gives Epic Rally Cry to Secure the Border – ‘SHUT IT DOWN’

Presidential candidate Robert Kennedy, Jr. met with Gateway Pundit for an interview and showed us that he is no pushover when it comes to securing our border.

GP’s Cara Castronuova asked, “What would you do, as president, differently at the border?”

Kennedy Jr. replied, “I’m going the secure the border. I’m going to do it by, first of all, the physical barriers and the densely populated areas, the motion detectors the video and the towers in the less populated[areas]…we’re going to close it down and all of the law enforcement, local law enforcement, the ICE, the border patrol we talked to all said ‘yes – if we are given permission we can close down these waves of immigrants.”

RFK Jr sick of Biden silencing people

RFK Jr. Files Lawsuit Against Youtube, Google Over ‘Censorship Campaign’

Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. filed a lawsuit against YouTube and its parent company, Google, accusing them of engaging in a “censorship campaign” against his anti-vaccine remarks.

In the 27-page lawsuit filed on Aug. 2, Mr. Kennedy alleged that YouTube violated his First Amendment rights by removing videos of his speech at Saint Anselm College and interviews with clinical psychologist Jordan Peterson and conservative podcast host Joe Rogan.

“This complaint concerns the freedom of speech and the extraordinary steps the United States government has taken under the leadership of Joe Biden to silence people it does not want Americans to hear,” the suit reads.

What Biden's Troop Mobilization is about

RFK Jr. Claims Biden Preparing for Direct War With Russia

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a Democrat running for president, reportedly asserted that President Biden’s call for soldiers to help Operation Atlantic Resolve is a precursor to a “ground war with Russia.”

Kennedy responded to Biden’s choice to mobilize tens of thousands of military reserve personnel to support American forces in Europe as part of the 2014 mission. Operation Atlantic Resolve was launched in 2014 following Russia’s invasion of the Crimean Peninsula

“President Biden just called up 3,000 reservists to augment U.S. troops in Europe as part of ‘Operation Atlantic Resolve,'” Kennedy noted in a tweet.

In follow-up tweets, Kennedy stressed that while Biden is building global military dominance, “our cities decay, our infrastructure falls apart, our middle class hollows out, crime soars, chronic disease and addiction run rampant. We can heal all of this if we try. But not if we pour our resources into foreign adventures.”

Kennedy gaining in Popularity

RFK Shakes D.C. with Massive Announcement – Biden’s Democrats Didn’t Think This Could Happen

The last thing the liberal establishment wants is a challenger to Joe Biden’s nomination. Biden has been a terrible president, but a very good puppet for globalists and the radical left.

The DNC does not want someone in the White House with a mind of their own, who will put Americans ahead of lobbyists and special interest groups.

So, they are very upset that Robert F. Kennedy Jr., an outspoken critic of Biden and the left’s narrative, is running for president. Biden refuses to debate the man, but Kennedy continues to rise in the polls.

And now, his campaign just announced something that will make every leftist very nervous.

JFK assassination

Roger Stone Says Trump Told Him the Remaining Classified JFK Assassination Documents Were “So Horrible”

Despite pushback, Trump did released over 80% of JFK documents which revealed Lee Henry Oswald received a 1099 from the FBI and attended a foreign language school funded by the Pentagon.

Stone later asked Trump why he didn’t release the remaining 20% of the JFK assassination files to which Trump replied “I can’t tell you. It’s so horrible you wouldn’t believe it. Someday, you’ll find out all about it.”

Joe Biden will not release the remaining 20% either. It strongly indicates that our own government was involved, Democrats and possibly foreign countries. It would bring down the intel agencies and the cover-up and further erode the integrity of the United States and its agencies.

Democrat presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. fumed as the Biden administration opted against the release of the 20% remaining documents related to the 1963 John F. Kennedy assassination of 60 years ago.

The administration issued a memo on Friday declaring that it would postpone releasing classified documents, citing national security concerns. The current Kennedy running for president questioned the merits of such an argument.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Biden’s Kennedy Problem Is Snowballing Into An Avalanche

The Biden White House is facing a troubling challenge from within its own party, a challenge that should not be ignored.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., is mounting a long–shot primary challenge to the presumptive Democratic nominee and President Joe Biden, despite having never held elected office and having policy positions that veer wildly from the rest of the party. Yet despite this, Kennedy is beginning to prove a more viable challenger than originally thought, as the power of the Kennedy name and his unique policy positions prove appealing to a certain segment of the electorate.

This has forced the Biden team and the Democratic National Committee to confront a difficult reality – Kennedy’s challenge is too strong to ignore, but engaging him may open a series of Pandora’s boxes.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr at our Border

RFK Jr’s Border Visit Sends Strong Message to Biden Administration

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a Democratic presidential candidate, grabbed attention last week when he visited the southern border in Yuma, Arizona.

RFK Jr. may have caused anxiety in the Biden administration and among Democrats by describing the current situation as a “humanitarian crisis.”

The widespread belief that our borders are open has created a humanitarian problem. People seem to be attracted to this area. This is abuse, and this is not good for the United States. It’s bad news for those affected. He declared as much in a Twitter video from June 6. “This cannot continue...it is unsustainable."

Harold Ford Jr., a Democrat that I respect, says the RFK Jr is not a serious candidate. All Democrats are using those buzz swords--part of the propaganda in support of the worst president ever, Joe Biden.

RFK Jr has border solutions

RFK Jr Claims Border Problem is Solvable…Here’s How

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., the Democratic presidential candidate, visited the U.S.-Mexico border unexpectedly and stated that the current situation is unsustainable. Kennedy said that the issue could be resolved, but it requires an administration with the determination to tackle it.

As an example, Kennedy cited the need for “restoring the surveillance infrastructure that was mysteriously removed three years ago — there were cameras, there were camera towers, there were ground-sensing devices that were literally torn up that are being stored in a military base, that were part of the patrol infrastructure for the Border Patrol.”

According to Kennedy, the Biden administration has downgraded or removed several programs that required cooperation with the Mexican government. He added that this has led to a deterioration in the relationship with Mexico and the Central American countries. Kennedy believes that in order to stop the flow of immigration, it is necessary to have cooperative agreements with all of these countries.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Banned by META-Instagram, Campaign Pages Blocked

Silencing a major political candidate is profoundly undemocratic

Elon Musk invites 2024 Democratic candidate for discussion

Twitter owner Elon Musk invited Democrat presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for a discussion on his Twitter Spaces after Kennedy said his campaign was suspended by Meta-owned Instagram.

“Interesting… when we use our TeamKennedy email address to set up @instagram accounts we get an automatic 180-day ban. Can anyone guess why that’s happening?” he wrote on Twitter. An accompanying image shows that Instagram said it “suspended” his “Team Kennedy” account and that there “are 180 days remaining to disagree” with the company’s decision.

In response to his post, Musk wrote: “Would you like to do a Spaces discussion with me next week?” Kennedy agreed, saying he would do it Monday at 2 p.m. ET.
