Sidney Powell Handed Win After Judges Dismiss Disciplinary Effort by Texas State Bar

Just when I was wondering what happened to her

Sidney Powell, a lawyer who filed lawsuits after the 2020 election, got a win in Texas after an appeals court ruled that the Texas bar did not prove that she engaged in misconduct or fraud.

A panel of judges on the Fifth District of Texas Court of Appeals in Dallas ruled Wednesday that the state bar’s arguments lacked merit and evidence.

They found that state bar prosecutors “employed a ’scattershot’ approach to the case” that had alleged Ms. Powell did not have a reasonable basis to file lawsuits that challenged the 2020 election’s outcome in battleground states.

The news that Sidney “Release the Kraken” Powell would testify against Donald Trump in the Georgia election interference case caused revelry throughout the Democratic Party and the corporate-controlled press. Democrats are hoping that Powell will provide the smoking gun that proved Trump tried to steal the 2020 election.

But the Democrat-controlled media are attempting to memory-hole the fact that Trump and his inner circle, including Rudy Giuliani, did not believe Powell’s crackpot theories about 2020.

Sidney Powell loses her Appeal against Dominion

The Washington Examiner reported:

On Wednesday, a federal judge appointed by Trump, tossed out a counterlawsuit from lawyer Sidney Powell that was levied against Dominion Voting Systems in an attempt by the Trump associate to fend off the massive defamation lawsuit against her.

U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols sided with Dominion Voting Systems in determining that her lawsuit failed to demonstrate that the company’s legal skirmish against her amounted to an “abuse of process.”

We all know that there are many issues with voting machines used in the US as claimed by Democrats only a few years ago. Now they claim that the 2020 election was secure and don't even talk about it.

While Dominion contends the accusations have harmed the company, they refuse to allow anyone to inspect these machines. If Dominion is so noble and honest, why are they hiding from inspectors? The company insists that an internal audit will damage their machines.

Anyone with much knowledge about technology realizes this is a curious lie. Anyone using Dominion Voting Systems should have big questions about this assertion. What if something did go wrong during an election? An inspection of machines will destroy them? Really?

I always vote in person as I do not trust mail-in ballots being processed correctly or even received. Now, with all the latest with voting machines switching votes, etc., what and who can we trust going forward? During the last election I even called the Supervisor of Elections to make sure my vote was counted and recorded.

Ballot harvesting has been prevalent in the presidential election. Even Project Veritas has exposed it and top Democrats have participated in it.

Even here in Palm Beach County not that long ago, Commissioner Mack Bernard and then Rep. Al Jacquet, both Democrats, were exposed for knocking on voters doors and helping them fill out their ballots and then offering to mail them in for them--ballot harvesting--and nothing happened to them.
