Teasing potential legal action against former President Joe Biden's special counsel Jack Smith, President Donald Trump echoed his "sleazebag" rebuke made exclusively Monday night on Newsmax's "Greg Kelly Reports."

"Deranged Jack Smith got caught with his hand in the cookie jar," Trump wrote Tuesday morning on Truth Social. "A real sleazebag!!!"

Trump's "sleazebag" moniker for the special prosecutor appointed by Biden to pursue Trump, his former administration officials, and 2020 election-challenge lawyers is not new, but his remarks to Newsmax on Monday night suggest accountability, if not criminal charges, will be coming.

Lee Zeldin Discovers $20 Billion EPA Slush Fund for Climate Grifting

EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin said in a video released on Wednesday night that his agency has discovered an unprecedented scheme that was utilized by the Biden administration to funnel money to far-Left activist groups.

“An extremely disturbing video circulated two months ago featuring a Biden EPA political appointee talking about how they were ‘tossing gold bars off the Titanic,’ rushing to get billions of your tax dollars out the door before Inauguration Day,” Zeldin said.

He continued, “The gold bars were tax dollars, and tossing them off the Titanic meant the Biden administration knew they were wasting it.”

Zeldin said that he has contacted the U.S. Justice Department and the inspector general.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer of Kentucky used a Tuesday appearance on Fox News’ “Hannity” to outline where his investigation of Biden family corruption will be going in 2024.

And it’s got Joe Biden’s name — and fake names — all over it.

Interviewed by guest host former Rep. Jason Chaffetz, a Utah Republican who chaired the Oversight Committee from 2015 to 2017, Comer declared that the emails Biden wrote when he was vice president — using pseudonyms on government email accounts — are going to be key to the impeachment inquiry launched Dec. 13.

In a shocking revelation that could shake the very foundations of the Biden administration, newly released documents suggest that then-Vice President Joe Biden’s office exchanged an astonishing 29,000 emails with his family and their respective business firms during the Obama administration.

The damning information came to light through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request obtained by America First Legal. According to these documents, Biden used his vice presidential email account for extensive correspondence with his son Hunter, brother Jim, and their business groups.

White House has invoked executive privilege

over 200 records related to Hunter Biden’s business dealings during his father’s tenure as Vice President

America First Legal (AFL), a prominent legal advocacy group, recently launched a lawsuit to obtain records from the National Archives (NARA) pertaining to Hunter Biden’s business interactions during the Obama administration.

The lawsuit specifically sought communications between January 2011 and December 2013 that mentioned Hunter Biden’s company, “Rosemont Seneca.” AFL’s aim was to shed light on any potential conflicts of interest and undue influence that may have existed between the Office of the Vice President and Hunter Biden’s business ventures.

In response to AFL’s records request, NARA refused to release the majority of the requested documents, citing executive privilege. NARA claimed that disclosing these records would reveal “confidential advice” exchanged between then-Vice President Joe Biden and White House advisers.

These ventures included partnerships with entities linked to the Chinese Communist Party and significant financial transactions involving the state-controlled Bank of China. One of the most notable joint ventures was BHR Partners, in which Hunter Biden’s company, Skaneateles LLC, held a ten percent equity stake.
