Secret Pact revealed: AG's plotted lawfare against Trump

Trump Vindicated as Secret Pact Reveals 22 Democrat AGs Plotted Lawfare Before 2024 Election

President Trump’s warnings about coordinated Democratic lawfare received fresh support after a secret agreement revealed that at least 22 Democratic attorneys general were preparing for legal battles against a future Trump administration before the 2024 election.

The pact, later tied to what became known as the “Project for Federal Accountability,” preceded nearly 100 lawsuits challenging Trump’s administration after he returned to the White House.

According to The Center Square, the document outlined preparations for coordinated litigation involving a potential Trump administration. The agreement was reportedly signed months before Trump defeated his Democratic opponent.

State attorney generals kept it quiet. The coordinated effort later became known as the “Project for Federal Accountability” and later appeared in then-New Jersey Democrat Gov. Phil Murphy’s 2025 budget. Murphy never publicly mentioned the project while unveiling the budget.

Lunatic calls for Musk's Assassination

U.S. Attorney Acts Fast on TikToker’s Shocking Threat to Musk

A TikTok post inciting violence against Elon Musk provoked a swift response from Acting United States Attorney Ed Martin of the District of Columbia. The post, showcased in a video, features a woman openly advocating for the assassination of Tesla CEO and White House Senior Advisor Elon Musk.

In the video, the woman, who used the username “sarahcroberts” before her account was deleted, admitted, “I promised myself I would avoid the news. But obviously, I haven’t. Here’s my one thought – I have many thoughts – Elon Musk,” before making a throat-cutting gesture.

She then brazenly continued, “Like when you do X him, and by X, I mean formally mean assassination and it’s a warning from the FBI is going to fucking show up, I don’t… arrest me,” she taunted. “You don’t have enough people to even investigate me at this point. I haven’t filed my taxes in like… eight years and yet no one’s come for me, so I’m going to fucking say it. Let’s assassinate some motherfuckers.”
Duly noted. Thx for letting us know. We’ll put you in the system. Talk soon, M’am. #NoOneIsAboveTheLaw https://t.co/zCMohyeHML

State Attorney Dave Aronberg not running; Rolando Silva to run

‘No Adult Supervision’: State Attorney Accuses Florida Judge Of Going Soft On Trump In Docs Case

Democrat state attorney, Dave Aronberg, claimed Friday that United States District Judge Aileen Cannon of the Southern District of Florida was “overwhelmingly favorable” to former President Donald Trump due to not having “adult supervision.”

Cannon has come under fire from Democrats for rulings that have been perceived as beneficial to Trump, leading them to demand her recusal. State Attorney for Palm Beach County Dave Aronberg said one of the reasons Cannon can make her rulings is because she’s “by herself” in Fort Pierce, Florida.

“As a sitting prosecutor, I’m not going to accuse a federal judge of being corrupt,” Aronberg told MSNBC host Alex Witt. “I do understand, though, why people are asking questions based on her rulings, which have been overwhelmingly favorable to Donald Trump, enough so that the conservative 11th Circuit Court of Appeals repudiated her, embarrassed her publicly last year, when she got involved in the whole special master issue.”

Dave Aronberg is not seeking a 4th term in November. We are not sad.

Former Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office Captain Rolando Silva served the people of the City of Lake Worth with respect and integrity and now is running for State Attorney. Everyone should remember him when he served the City of Lake Worth. He was at many of our commission meetings.

Retired Palm Beach Sheriff’s Capt. Rolando “Rolo” Silva a Democrat, is the only ex-cop running to be the county’s top prosecutor this year.

He’s now also the only candidate to carry endorsements from the state and county Police Benevolent Associations (PBAs).

FL State Attorney called him a "dictator" but DeSantis won

Florida Supreme Court Backs GOP Governor on Removal of Soros-Backed Prosecutor

The state of Florida has taken decisive action against a prosecutor whose election campaign was controversially funded by the polarizing billionaire George Soros. This prosecutor, once in office, quickly adopted a disastrously lenient approach to crime, a common trait among Soros-backed candidates, which led to widespread dissatisfaction among the public.

In August of last year, Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis used his gubernatorial powers to remove Hillsborough County State Attorney Andrew Warren. DeSantis signed an executive order suspending Warren, citing “neglect of duty” and “incompetence” as the reasons for his removal.

At the same time, DeSantis also removed Monique Worrell, the progressive Ninth Judicial Circuit State Attorney, citing her for “dereliction of duty.” DeSantis stated, “The practices and policies of her office have allowed murderers, other violent offenders, and dangerous drug traffickers to receive extremely reduced sentences and escape the full consequences of their criminal conduct. In some cases, these offenders have evaded incarceration altogether,” according to Fox News.

Unsurprisingly, Worrell criticized DeSantis, calling him a “dictator.” She and her allies took the governor to court, arguing that her removal was politically motivated rather than based on her performance.

However, the Florida Supreme Court did not find Worrell’s arguments compelling. On Thursday, the court upheld DeSantis’s decision to suspend Worrell. The court ruled 6-1 that DeSantis had the authority to remove Worrell from her position, as reported by National Review.

Ron DeSantis wins again!

Ron DeSantis Scores Big Win Against Democratic Critic

A federal judge in Florida dismissed the lawsuit brought by a Democratic former state attorney who sued Gov. Ron DeSantis for suspending him last year for his vows not to follow certain abortion-related laws.

U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle ruled that DeSantis was not obligated to reinstate Andrew Warren, whom the governor suspended for neglecting his duty in August after he pledged not to enforce bans on abortion, as well as transgender surgery. One of the reasons the judge said he couldn’t reinstate Warren was because any violations of the Florida Constitution must be handled by state courts, not federal ones.

One of the comments was that Warren was elected into office to enforce FL law. Instead he stated that he would not so he was in violation of his office. Some people seem to think that they they can pick and choose which laws they will follow and which they will not and that is not what they were elected for. Either do the job that you were voted in to do or resign – it is that simple.

Warren says, "it's not over...DeSantis had no right to fire him." As a state attorney he should have known that he fought his battle in the wrong court.

Florida Sheriffs Association Sides with DeSantis for firing liberal Prosecutor

Dozens of Florida Sheriffs Back DeSantis’ Decision to Fire Rogue Prosecutor

"Florida Governor Ron DeSantis fired state Attorney Andrew Warren in early August because he refused to enforce laws in Florida.

Warren publicly said he would not enforce Florida’s 15-week abortion ban and was known for being soft on crime against repeat offenders.

“Our government is a government of laws, not a government of men,” “When you make yourself above the law, you have violated your duty,” DeSantis said of Warren’s firing.

After DeSantis fired Warren, he sued to try to get his job back as a State Attorney.

While Warren has become a symbol of resistance for liberals who oppose DeSantis, The Florida Sheriffs Association has firmly sided with the Florida Governor."

Andrew Warren Left-wing Activist - promoting activism over the rule of law

State Attorney suspended by DeSantis allegedly used taxpayer money for left-wing activism

Now-suspended state attorney Andrew Warren allegedly used taxpayer dollars to liaise with the Democratic party in pursuit of his controversial “Fair and Just Prosecution’ policies and to make six trips across the country to attend activist events for the same cause.

According to documentation obtained through a FOIA request by the Florida standard, Warren and his staff leveraged public funds and his official office to further Warrens’s political and activistic priorities. Warren’s “Fair and Just Prosecution” policies are consistent with the trend of soft-on-crime prosecutorial discretion supported by the democratic party, most famously by George Soros. Taxpayer funds were allegedly used to host and travel to events celebrating and furthering these policies from 2017 to 2022.

Gov. DeSantis suspends ‘woke’ State Attorney Andrew Warren

Governor Ron DeSantis

No one is talking about this Democrat

The Democrat Who Let Jeffrey Epstein Get Away

Why is no one talking about Barry Krischer?

The former Palm Beach County State Attorney had made national news three times during his career. Once when he went after Rush Limbaugh, then after Ann Coulter, two Republicans, and when, after being handed the case of Epstein, a co-founder of the Clinton Global Initiative, he gave him a pass.
