Immigrant groups want to protect Illegals from the Law

Lake Worth Beach urged to rethink PBSO contract extension over fears of immigration crackdown

It's all about ICE and allowing anyone to enter our country uninvited

Immigrant rights groups on Thursday gathered outside Lake Worth Beach City Hall to decry the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office 287(g) enforcement agreement with federal immigration authorities.

The groups are urging members of the Lake Worth Beach city commission to reject a proposed 10-year contract extension with the sheriff's office.

Their argument: “Lake Worth Beach has an opportunity to decide what kind of community it wants to be,” said Renata Bozzetto, Deputy Director of the Florida Immigrant Coalition, (a group that wants all people to live and work without fear) “A 10-year law-enforcement agreement that expands collaboration with federal immigration authorities deserves far more scrutiny than a routine contract renewal."

"We have hundreds of families who are [being] separated, hundreds of kids who are left without a mom and a dad who are either in detention or deported at this moment," Bozzetto said. "It's hurting the community on a daily basis."

Lake Worth contracts with PBSO for 24/7 public safety services. PBSO provides everything from top command officers to school crossing guards, allowing the city not to have to fund its own police department.

The Lake Worth Beach city commission is expected to discuss the proposed extension with PBSO on Aug. 18.

The city will also supply a dedicated local district office for the assigned deputies. Annual cost could total nearly $16 million for the contract. Additional law enforcement services are billed at hourly rates of $142 for a deputy and $183 for a sergeant.

Memphis Pizza Owner has skewed priorities

What This Memphis Pizza Owner Said After Kicking National Guard Troops Out of His Business Will Make Your Blood Boil

What Tamboli Did and What He Won't Tell You

On July 11, four uniformed National Guard members walked into Tamboli's Pasta & Pizza on Madison Avenue looking for a meal.

The owner, Miles Tamboli, turned them away. He then posted a video bragging about it – calling the decision an act of "patriotism and conscience." The left-wing internet loved it. The left-wing Guardian ran a glowing feature on his packed house and long lines. Local liberal activists launched a "buy-cott" – urging supporters to flood the restaurant with their dollars and their politics.

Since Trump launched the Memphis Safe Task Force in September 2025, Memphis Police Department data tells a clear story.
  • Murders are down 44% in the first half of 2026.
  • Motor vehicle thefts are down 62%.
  • Overall violent crime has dropped nearly 40% compared to the same period last year.
  • The task force surpassed 10,000 arrests and pulled 1,708 illegal firearms off city streets – and located 154 missing children.
  • The National Police Association called Memphis a "blueprint for other cities around the nation."
Tamboli's answer to all of that: the soldiers who did the work can find somewhere else to eat.

Read more about the owner whose liberal politics were more important than the National Guard's accomplishments in making his city safer.

Memphis is a heavily Democrat city, serving as a major blue stronghold and one of the primary Democratic centers in the state of Tennesse.

A Senate Report no one will touch

Fox News and legacy media refuse to publish Ron Johnson's op-ed on COVID vaccine safety findings

Sen. Ron Johnson says every major media outlet in the country, including Fox News, either declined or ignored his request to publish an op-ed laying out what a Senate investigation found about federal officials allegedly concealing COVID-19 vaccine safety signals. So the Wisconsin Republican posted it himself.

Johnson self-published the piece on his X account and his Senate website on June 18, titling it "The story the media, and the government, don't want you to hear." The op-ed draws on a Majority Staff Interim Report from the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, which Johnson chairs, dated April 29, 2026.

That report, as the Daily Caller News Foundation reported, details how Biden-era health officials allegedly "purposely turned a blind eye toward COVID-19 vaccine safety signals."

The senator named names, not just the left-leaning outlets you'd expect, but Fox Digital and The Wall Street Journal alongside The New York Times, The Washington Post, and USA TODAY. All five, Johnson stated, "declined or ignored requests to publish this op-ed."

The subcommittee's interim report centers on the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, the FDA division responsible for approving vaccines and monitoring their safety after they reach the public.

Johnson alleges the CBER team received data "for over three months" pointing to dangers associated with COVID-19 vaccines, and that officials shut the analysis down.

His account is specific. Johnson claims Peter Marks, the former CBER director, was briefed that an algorithm used to analyze Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System data would "mask" or cover up adverse events.

When a data analyst flagged the problem, Johnson alleges, officials "ordered the data analyst to 'cease and desist' and then lied to the American public that 'they weren't seeing safety signals.'"

Arrive Alive

Florida launches 'Arrive Alive' campaign. What that means for drivers

Florida has launched its Arrive Alive public safety campaign.

The two-month public safety campaign is intended "to keep Floridians safe during one of the most patriotic seasons in our nation’s history," according to a news release from the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.

"The data tells us summer is statistically our safest ... but we want to remind you that lower risk is not the same as no risk," the agency said.

"We want nothing more than for every family to enjoy the summer season and arrive at every destination safely,” said FLHSMV Executive Director Dave Kerner.

Resolution Honoring Law Enforcement

173 House Democrats refuse to back resolution honoring law enforcement as officer assaults hit decade high

A GOP-authored House resolution paying tribute to law enforcement officers passed Wednesday with bipartisan support, but 173 House Democrats voted against it, even as an FBI report released days earlier showed assaults on officers had climbed to a 10-year high.

Every Republican lawmaker present voted yes. Just 29 Democrats crossed the aisle to join them. The rest of the Democratic caucus, led by House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, voted no, turning what the resolution's author expected to be a unanimous show of gratitude into a stark partisan divide over policing in America.

The vote landed during National Police Week, the same week officers gathered on the National Mall to honor 109 colleagues who died in the line of duty in 2025.

It also came two days after the FBI published data showing that while officer deaths dipped slightly between 2024 and 2025, assaults against law enforcement climbed to levels not seen in a decade.
"Whereas rhetoric and policies from leftist activists and progressive politicians seek to defund or dismantle local police departments undermine public safety and place both officers and the communities they serve at greater risk."
That language, naming "leftist activists and progressive politicians" as threats to public safety, apparently proved too much for the overwhelming majority of Democrats. It also credited the Trump administration's policies with contributing to the crime decline, a framing Democrats were unwilling to endorse.

Letting Good Cops be Cops

Surge in applications to FBI

In a striking testament to the transformative leadership of Director Kash Patel, the FBI has witnessed a surge in new agent applications, reaching record-breaking numbers.

In March, the bureau received an impressive 5,577 applications, nearly doubling the monthly average since 2016. This influx of interest is a clear indicator that Patel’s “America Always” mindset is resonating with those eager to restore integrity and effectiveness to federal law enforcement.

Under the dynamic duo of Director Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino, the FBI is experiencing a renaissance. Their focus on rebuilding trust and morale within the bureau is paying off, as evidenced by the unprecedented number of job seekers eager to join their ranks. The message is clear: Americans are rallying behind leadership that prioritizes the safety and security of our communities.

Since the beginning of the year, the FBI has seen over 10,000 new agent applications, a testament to the renewed faith in the bureau’s direction. Patel’s leadership, which began with his nomination and confirmation in January, has already made significant strides in reversing the declining reputation of the FBI.

During his Senate confirmation, Patel highlighted the critical need to restore public trust, noting that only 40% of Americans held a favorable view of the bureau. His commitment to change is already bearing fruit.

Letter from Palm Beach County Parents to the Governor

Palm Beach County Parents and Police to DeSantis-‘Safety of Our Children is at Risk’

A group of parents and school police officers from Palm Beach County sent a letter to Florida Governor Ron DeSantis detailing a list of severe and long-standing problems with policing in The School District of Palm Beach County.

When the letter was submitted to the DeSantis administration, the group asked for whistleblower status, so I won’t reveal any individuals involved in writing or sending the letter. Still, I’ve spoken to some of them, I know who they are, and I can confirm that it is a “group.” I’ve been told it’s “hundreds and hundreds” of police and parents, but I can’t guarantee the exact number.

The letter details the same problems that have gone unaddressed since last year. Not enough school police, low pay, lousy equipment, terrible training, and a fortune being paid to outside police officers to cover unprotected schools because the school board won’t admit they don’t know how to run a police department and cede control of the school police to one of the most respected sheriff’s in the state, Palm Beach County’s Ric Bradshaw. Lake Worth Deserves Public Safety

Letters to the Editor
Palm Beach Post
8-23-2020

Re: Lake Worth Beach suffers from lack of revenue

I’ve called Palm Beach County home since 1973. I can’t remember once in the last 25 years where Lake Worth Beach wasn’t in some type of financial crisis or another.

Again, some are blaming public safety costs that consume 35% of the budget. The fact is, Lake Worth Beach takes in less revenue than other like cities because they lack taxable property. So, the 35% is a number some politicians like Commissioner Omari Hardy use for self-serving agendas. Defunding, or reallocating funds as some say, is not an option in Lake Worth Beach. My family that lives in Lake Worth Beach deserves public safety that is not compromised for the sake of politics.

Decades of poor decision making that lacked the long view, where viability/sustainability are balanced with social needs/wants has seldom been in Lake Worth Beach’s calculus. Until a long-view strategic plan is put in play, Lake Worth Beach will lessen as a municipality as time progresses

Insurrection in Seattle

As Police Chief Warns of Horrific Crimes, Dem Mayor Says Autonomous Zone Is 'Like a Block Party'

It's not like any block party I have ever seen, not in Lake Worth, that is for sure.

These anarchists have taken over 7 (it was 6) city blocks in Seattle. These criminals now "own" part of this city. It’s really a no-go area for police, an insurrection, and the mayor should be removed from office. Liberals created it but don't know how to handle it or just will not deal with it.

What happened to Law and Order? Public safety? Insurrection Act? This has to be one of the most stupid things allowed to happen in our country, other than liberals in general.

Democrats Desperate to Weaken Safety in America

Federal Bill Would Require Cops To Ask Suspects Not To Kill Them Before Shooting

The political party of peace and love have come up with another whacked out idea. This one is proposed by a Democrat from Missouri, U.S. Representative William “Lacy” Clay and co-sponsored by another Democrat from California (We already know how F-d up California is).

All this will do is further endanger police officers who every day, protect and serve the citizens of their community. Their decisions are based on experience and often times they have micro-seconds to act or they are dead. Liberals love to convince us that the police are dangerous, about as dangerous as their wish to abolish ICE.

A Small Arms Survey stated in 2018 that U.S. civilians alone account for 393 million (about 46 percent) of the worldwide total of civilian held firearms. So, every safety officer potentially encounters someone with a gun ready to kill.  And no matter how much Democrats want to confiscate your guns, bad guys will always have guns.

Violence against our Public Safety officers

Shock Video Shows Man Charging Cop With A Knife After the Officer Was Shot

"...POTUS made a comment about cop killers that is sure to rile up a few people on the left…

From Fox News:

President Trump said criminals who kill police officers should get the death penalty, returning to his previous calls for harsher punishment.

Trump made the comments during a Wednesday speech for the National Peace Officers’ Memorial Day service on Capitol Hill, an event that honors law enforcement officers who have died on the line of duty.

Trump noted, “The ambushes and attacks on our police must end, and they must end right now. We believe that criminals who murder police officers should immediately, but with trial, get the death penalty.” [Flag & Cross]

Student kicks School Officer in Face

MUST WATCH: Disgraceful Student Kicks Officer Right In the Face During High School Brawl

"After a chaotic fight among teenage girls, a video shows a Homestead Senior High School 18-year-old student kicking an officer in the face Thursday. The Miami-Dade County Public Schools Police Department officer was responding to a report that five girls were fighting during lunch time."

This is what we have in the school system now...uncontrollable kids. The student who kicked the officer in the head should go to jail--like now!

Man overdoses on Lake Osborne Drive

Last evening, Lake Osborne Drive was saturated with firetrucks/paramedics and PBSO all trying to revive a 45 year old man who had overdosed. According to his stepfather, he has been struggling with addiction all his life.

Drug addiction is a complex disease. Quitting usually takes more than good intentions or a strong will. Drugs change the brain in ways that make quitting almost impossible.  We have so many people, not only in Lake Worth, but across the country who are addicted to drugs.

He was talking to his girlfriend on the phone when he overdosed. She knew where he was, called 911 and drove immediately to the scene. Paramedics arrived within minutes. Thank God he pulled his car to the side of the road. He lives somewhere near Bryant Park.

There were dozens of professionals there to save his life.

Sebastian Gorka - Defeating Jihad

Sebastian L. Gorka is a national security professional specializing in irregular warfare, including counterinsurgency and counterterrorism. He is a full-time Professor of Strategy and Irregular Warfare and Vice President for National Security Support of the Institute of World Politics[1] in Washington, DC and the Chairman of Threat Knowledge Group.

“Of the people who have been convicted of terrorism in America in 15 years, more than half of them were immigrants of people who are not born in the United States. This is why Donald Trump won the election, in part. Because he’s reapplying common sense to national security. If you can’t secure your border, you will have threat to the citizenry of the U.S. And January 20th will be when common sense reenters the United States government.”

New Surveillance Program for Downtown Lake Worth

It's really a shame that no one feels 100% safe in Lake Worth that we have to be cognizant of our surroundings at all times even when taking out the garbage. There are so many crimes and our commissioners NEVER discuss them and constantly have their heads in the sand. They have forums to attract businesses and development but never mention the crime. They're appalled about Sober Homes popping up all over our city but wring their hands. More people are "packing" than ever before.

Residents and business owners have been forced to take their personal safety into their own hands. We barely see the PBSO. It takes an aggressive business owner to get the Sheriff's department to start a pilot program with security cameras in our downtown. There is no mention what this service might cost the business. What can we expect in the downtown when it is full of bars, nightclubs, druggies and alcoholics and idiots who just love vape. Every convenience store wants to sell booze after 10pm and just whine and whine. The commission made an ordinance to allow bars to say open until the wee hours of the morning.

We already spend small fortunes on public safety. But the aftermath of it all once cameras are installed will be that criminals will think twice before committing a crime in downtown Lake Worth. They will move into the neighborhoods that are vulnerable. Isn't that what the commission did to the homeless by kicking them off public property at night. They all went to the neighborhoods. Perhaps when we fix the potholes with the 69 million on roads, criminals will go somewhere else?
