It is incredible how stupid and evil people can be in this country. They take advantage of our first Amendment and see life through a twisted prism.

Arizona is one screwed up place right now. It had the most wonderful governor ever with Jan Brewer and in Maricopa County, the best sheriff with Joe Arpaio. Both of them were against illegal immigration and protecting our borders--both supporters of Donald Trump. Trump won Arizona with 48.1% of the vote and took all 11 electoral votes.

Now you have some nitwit liberal erecting a billboard in Phoenix equating Donald Trump, our 45th president, to Nazism.

What's going on in Maricopa County?

In November, Paul Penzone beat Joe Arpaio for sheriff in Maricopa County Arizona. Joe had been sheriff there for 24 years and while he was sheriff, the overall crime rate in Maricopa was 50% lower than the national average with the help of tough laws that were enacted such as E-Verify. He was tough on illegal immigration and criminals. Penzone beat him by 55.4%.

An average of 400 “criminal illegal immigrants” are being released every 10 days by the newly elected sheriff in Arizona’s most populous county, federal law enforcement sources tell Judicial Watch, many of them violent offenders. It’s part of Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone’s new policy to protect illegal aliens, even those who have committed serious state crimes, from deportation.

Under a longtime partnership between the county and the feds, the Phoenix field office of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) was notified when “aliens unlawfully present with additional Arizona charges” were released from the Maricopa County Jail, which is one of the nation’s largest with a population of about 8,000. That ended when Penzone, who refers to illegal immigrants as “guests,” took office this year and, though he formally announced the change last week, it was put into practice much earlier.

Recently the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Constitution does not allow the president to change laws passed by Congress. Obama plans to appeal that decision by going all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. The sheriff Joe Arpaio case is a separate case.

Judge blasts being 'required' to dismiss Arpaio case

The Appeals Court unanimously gave Sheriff Joe Arpaio the thumbs down, but one judge is saying she was forced to rule against the lawman seeking relief from Obama's open-borders policy, and she's calling for a change in the law.

We have a few open border people living in Lake Worth, some of whom I like on a one-to-one basis but they advocate for the very same thing. Their politics is also dangerous to the health and welfare of this great country.

Sheriff Joe scores a victory against Obama

You've been hoping something was in the works that would put a halt to the executive amnesty by you-know-who. Now, Sheriff Joe has stepped up to the plate, and a court has just ruled in his favor.

Sheriff Joe scored victory against Obama's amnesty by a judge granting a preliminary injunction to protect the U.S. while the merits of the amnesty program are debated in court – by Dec. 15. A full preliminary injunction hearing is set for Dec. 22.

He has said, “My investigators believe that the long-form birth certificate was manufactured electronically and that it did not originate in paper format as claimed by the White House.”

Sheriff Arpaio’s chief investigator on the project said there are so many questions that he couldn’t have cleared Mr. Obama to be an employee of Maricopa County.
