A federal court struck down California’s requirement that masked federal agents identify themselves

This is a blow to the state’s ongoing resistance to the Trump administration’s deportation program

A 9th U.S. Circuit Court panel handed down a ruling prohibiting California from enforcing a section of the 2025 law that mandates federal law enforcement officers visibly display identification while carrying out their duties.

The law was destined to face critical scrutiny from the federal judiciary. An 1890 Supreme Court case provides that a state cannot prosecute federal law enforcement officers acting in the course of their duties.

The law also ran headlong into the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution, which holds that states may not regulate the operations of the federal government.

Gov. Gavin Newsom signed it in connection with a law that banned federal immigration agents from wearing masks. The Trump administration sued to challenge both of them.

"If this report is accurate, this is outrageous," wrote Senator Hawley. "Millions of Americans are subject to the TSA screening process, which is often a burdensome, long inconvenience—and which includes photo identification. But every day, Americans take on this burden to increase the safety of their fellow passengers."

He continued, "Therefore, it makes no sense to give special privileges to illegal immigrants, who should not even be allowed in the United States in the first place, let alone allowed to board U.S. aircraft. This is symbolic of the Biden Administration’s prioritization of open border policies over Americans’ safety."

The Wisconsin Department of Corrections is housing a man who raped his own daughter in a women’s prison because he said he identifies as a woman himself—and the DOC is refusing to offer any kind of insight or explanation on the matter.

Mark Campbell is currently incarcerated in Taycheedah Correctional Institution, a women’s prison in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, inmate records show. He is a registered sex offender convicted of first-degree sexual assault of a child.

That child was his own 10-year-old daughter, court documents allege. Born in 1971, Campbell is currently 52 years old, weighs 225 pounds, and stands at 5 feet 9 inches, according to the DOC inmate locator.

TSA Admits It Allows Illegal Immigrants to Use Arrest Warrants as ID to Board Planes

The Transportation Security Administration confirmed Friday that it does indeed allow illegal immigrants to use arrest warrants as an alternative to proper ID in order to board planes.

“For non-citizens and non-U.S. nationals who do not otherwise have acceptable forms of ID for presentation at security checkpoints, TSA may also accept certain DHS-issued forms, including ICE Form I-200 (Warrant for Arrest of an Alien),” a TSA spokesperson told Fox News.

President Biden is putting millions of Americans at risk by allowing known criminals and potential terrorists to fly on U.S. airlines.

“A criminal alien shouldn’t be allowed to board a plane after presenting a warrant for their arrest. They should be detained and brought before a judge.”

I know that the USPS threw the Republican ballots in certain precincts. What happens at the ballot scanning facility is top secret, and with the gag order and Jena staff in place, it will turn into a black hole.

The proposed legislation eliminates signature checks, makes it difficult to remove dead voters from voter rolls, and places a gag order on poll watchers.

The bills stipulate that no state can “require an individual to provide any form of identification as a condition of obtaining an absentee ballot,” nor can it “require notarization or witness signature or other formal authentication (other than voter attestation) as a condition of obtaining or casting an absentee ballot.”

The bills effectively make ballot harvesting legal nationwide, too; each state “shall permit a voter to designate any person to return a voted and sealed absentee ballot to the post office, a ballot drop-off location, tribally designated building, or election office so long as the person designated to return the ballot does not receive any form of compensation based on the number of ballots that the person has returned and no individual, group, or organization provides compensation on this basis.” [WesternJournal]

You hear it all the time in Lake Worth..."We like our diversity."  I was told that by Betty Resch years ago.  Well, folks, you have plenty of it in Lake Worth with the Black and Hispanic population at over 62%.  AND a lot of them crossed our border illegally. The percentage of Blacks and Hispanics in our local schools is higher than that. Government is printing everything in three languages to accommodate all those who don't speak English.

On April 17, 2018, Omari Hardy, our alt-Left commissioner on the dais, brought forth Resolution 24-2018 Welcoming City. The Vote was 4/0--Mayor Pam Triolo was absent for the meeting. They wanted everyone to feel welcome in LWB including illegals who have broken our laws.

On December 4, 2018, the idea of community ID's passed on a 3/1 vote at the Lake Worth City Commission meeting, Scott Maxwell dissenting. Commissioner Amoroso said he put it on the Agenda because he was concerned about the census and not getting our fair share of federal dollars because of immigrants who will not fill out the census. All this coddling of illegals.

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement plans to begin the previously postponed raids across the country Sunday to arrest thousands of migrant families who already have court orders to be removed. Now we have the Guatamalan Center in our city teaching illegals who have defied a court order (and therefore have NO rights), on how to further break the law.  This is outrageous.

The article in today's Palm Beach Post on Community ID's was informative. It mentioned the concerns of illegal aliens trying to open bank accounts, etc. in our county and who want a community ID to facilitate their every desire while living here. Why are we trying so hard to make life easier for illegals? They are here against our laws.

On December 4, 2018, the idea of community ID's passed on a 3/1 vote at the Lake Worth City Commission meeting, Scott Maxwell dissenting. Commissioner Amoroso is the one who put it on the agenda. Mayor Pam Triolo cut out of the meeting prior to the discussion and vote. So, our alt-left commissioners favored it.

The article mentioned that 25% of our city consists of "undocumented" people. It seems like more than that when you constantly run into people who speak no English. The commission likes to tell us that our city has 37,000 residents. Using that figure, we have 9,250 illegals. Even Belle Glade has a lessor percentage of illegals at 20%.

PEACE calls for community IDs, slams commissioners who skipped meeting

Held at the Palm Beach County Convention Center where the Grand Ballrooms A&B jointly hold 6,808 people in a theater-style setting, or up to 3,371 when separated, PEACE was disappointed with the attendance of around 2,000.  The only Palm Beach County Commissioner who attended was the mayor, Mack Bernard.

They are pushing ID's for illegal aliens and helping the homeless. "A county proposal to set aside $75,000 for a community ID program has been approved by the county’s Criminal Justice Commission, an advisory group of community and government officials. Commissioner Dave Kerner, who sits on the Criminal Justice Commission, helped secure that $75,000, a point PEACE official noted Monday."

If approved by the county, we will become a sanctuary before too long. You think we have trouble at the border now? Perhaps we can, on a smaller scale, be another San Francisco for the homeless and another sanctuary city like Los Angeles for the illegal border crossers, tents and all.

Have you noticed all the nutty judicial decisions of late?  What is going on?  How did we get so many "crazy" rulings from the bench? The Constitution is our bible. It shouldn't be up to so much debate.

Now a liberal judge in Pennsylvania struck down its 2012 law that required a picture identification in order to vote.  Why not have a pic ID?  Why shouldn't locales know exactly who the person is who is trying to vote especially when the Parties are always accusing one or the other of voter fraud. This judge should have done his homework and stop his pandering of illegal aliens and liberal politics.

To date, 46 states have prosecuted or convicted cases of voter fraud.

More than 24 million voter registrations are invalid, yet remain on the rolls nation-wide.

The Sheriff just closed down a house of prostitution last week run by Guatemalans so what better event to have than to give these people access to identification cards. It is all going hand in hand with Obama's amnesty--Lake Worth is on the cutting edge.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is hosting a Guatemalan Identification Card and Passport event along with representatives from the Guatemalan Consulate.  The Guatemalan Community will be able to obtain Guatemalan Passports and identification cards. This event is an excellent opportunity for the Guatemalan Community to obtain official government documents in order to help them better manage life’s daily affairs.  Chase Bank will also attend this event to provide information on banking.   The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, District 14, will be answering questions, and informing the community on such necessary topics as crime prevention and communication with law enforcement.  

The card shows a person's name, home address and fingerprint. The document will help open bank accounts, sign leases, buy health insurance and get phones. But it won't grant legal status or help them apply for a driver's license in Florida and other U.S. documents, said Guatemalan vice consul Carla Cruz.
