Woman escapes Lake Worth Beach kidnapping, sexual battery attack, PBSO says

A man was arrested in Palm Beach County after deputies say he kidnapped a woman at knifepoint in Lake Worth Beach and sexually battered her before she escaped and ran to a nearby business for help.

According to a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office probable cause affidavit, the victim told investigators the man approached her in a four-door vehicle the morning of March 30 while she was walking in the area of 10th Avenue South and South F Street.

Deputies say the suspect asked for directions to a nursing home, then pulled out a knife and ordered her into the vehicle, threatening to hurt her if she refused.

Investigators said the man, Verwayne Alexander, 63, drove the woman through Lake Worth Beach and eventually parked in an industrial area near railroad tracks, around 411 South East Coast Street. There, deputies say, he forced sexual contact on the victim and threatened her again with the knife when she resisted.

The arrest affidavit against the suspect, Luis Reyes, continues that he also allegedly touched the victim's breast while she was on her menstrual cycle as a way to relieve her cramps.

Epoch Times: "A man listed on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list for child sex crimes has been arrested, according to the agency. Donald Eugene Fields II was arrested on the morning of Jan. 25 by the Lady Lake, Florida, Police Department, said a Jan. 25 statement from the FBI.

Lady Lake is northwest of Orlando. Fields, 60, was added to the FBI’s most-wanted list in May 2023. He faces child sex trafficking charges in a federal court and child rape charges in a state court.

The arrest occurred during a routine traffic stop when officers found that the license plate was not registered to the vehicle that Fields was driving. The incident happened on U.S. Highway 27/441 at Rolling Acres Road at 9:15 a.m. ET."

The Wisconsin Department of Corrections is housing a man who raped his own daughter in a women’s prison because he said he identifies as a woman himself—and the DOC is refusing to offer any kind of insight or explanation on the matter.

Mark Campbell is currently incarcerated in Taycheedah Correctional Institution, a women’s prison in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, inmate records show. He is a registered sex offender convicted of first-degree sexual assault of a child.

That child was his own 10-year-old daughter, court documents allege. Born in 1971, Campbell is currently 52 years old, weighs 225 pounds, and stands at 5 feet 9 inches, according to the DOC inmate locator.

Tubbs, a biological male, generated national headlines in January after being sentenced to just two years in a juvenile detention facility for molesting a 10-year-old girl in 2014. Tubbs is 26 years old. He was scheduled to be released after just 6 months but then a murder charge reared its ugly head.

"Tubbs had a very lengthy criminal record before George Gascón allowed Tubbs to be sentenced to minimal time in a juvenile facility, which included arrests and convictions for murder, robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence and even a prior sexual assault of a 4-yr-old girl," Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney Jon Hatami told Fox News Digital.

Tubbs, who identified as James when the assault occurred, received the lenient sentence thanks to the controversial policies of far-left Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón. At the time, Gascón had a policy that barred juvenile offenders from being prosecuted as adults, no matter how heinous the crime.

This policy meant that, despite the sexual assault having occurred just two weeks before Tubbs turned 18, Tubbs was prosecuted as a juvenile. Tubbs was later caught laughing and bragging about the light sentence. Now he's charged with murder. And now we have an outrageous legal system in Los Angeles.

Hannah Tubbs, who identifies as a transgender female, has a lengthy criminal record including violent crimes in multiple states. A DNA match in 2019 linked Tubbs to a sexual assault at a Denny's restaurant in Palmdale that occurred in 2014. Tubbs admitted to the sexual assault and said it happened in the restaurant's bathroom. The violent crime happened just before her 18th birthday, and Tubbs remained free of charges until the DNA match. The case was prosecuted in juvenile court and was not transferred to adult court due to Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón's policy that states juveniles won't be prosecuted as adults. A juvenile judge sentenced Tubbs to two years in a juvenile facility.
