DHS chief calls out top Democrats,aka Anti-Americans, for coaching illegal immigrants on how to resist ICE

Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin singled out four of the Democratic Party's most visible figures, including two widely discussed 2028 presidential contenders, for hosting webinars, publishing multilingual guides, and posting social media instructions that he said teach illegal immigrants how to "openly defy" Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

Mullin's broadside, delivered in a social media post shared by DHS, named Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, California Gov. Gavin Newsom, Rep. Dan Goldman of New York (at least he lost his primary), and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass.

AOC framed immigration enforcement itself as an "abuse" of power.

The accusation landed the same morning President Trump announced that ICE would resume vehicle stops after a one-day pause triggered by two officer-involved shootings in Maine and Texas.

As Fox News Digital reported, Mullin tied the spike in dangerous encounters directly to what he called reckless guidance from elected officials. In his post, the secretary wrote:

"This reckless [illegal alien] activity comes after sanctuary politicians held webinars and shared resources for how to openly defy [ICE]."

Mullin's 1,300 percent figure on vehicle attacks, if accurate, suggests the coaching is having real-world consequences. Officers are getting attacked at rates that forced DHS to temporarily pull back one of its core enforcement tools.

The secretary drew a direct line between the webinars, the Instagram posts, the flyers, and the violence his agents face on the road.

Twenty-year-old Katie Abraham was killed in Urbana, Illinois when Julio Cucul-Bol, an illegal immigrant, crashed into her car while driving drunk and fled the scene. She was a water polo player, a competitive swimmer, someone with a “sharp wit” who “soaked in life, every piece of it,” her father says of her.

Cucul-Bol is now serving 30 years in prison. Thirty years for killing someone...not nearly enough.

Her father, Joe Abraham, warns that more innocent people will die if Illinois doesn’t change its immigration policies. “These policies are so reckless, so radical, so extreme,” he told Fox News. “There’s no balance to it. There is no consideration for anything.”

He’s right. And Illinois is far from alone.

Currently, 17 states and the District of Columbia, have state-wide sanctuary laws, policies, or legal opinions in place. Together, they make up a portion of the more than 1,000 sanctuary jurisdictions nationwide — entities that actively undermine the rule of law and jeopardize national security.

President Donald Trump on Sunday urged Congress to immediately pass legislation that would end sanctuary cities, and also called on "every" Democrat governor and mayor in America to formally cooperate with his administration to enforce U.S. laws.

In a lengthy post on Truth Social, Trump announced: "I am hereby calling on [Minnesota] Governor [Tim] Walz, [Minneapolis] Mayor [Jacob] Frey, and EVERY Democrat Governor and Mayor in the United States of America to formally cooperate with the Trump Administration to enforce our Nation's Laws, rather than resist and stoke the flames of Division, Chaos, and Violence."

NO more funding to Sanctuary States and Cities

President Donald Trump said Tuesday that his administration will halt federal funding to cities and states that have declared themselves sanctuaries for illegal aliens beginning next month.

Trump made the remarks at the Detroit Economic Club in a speech that aired live on Newsmax and the Newsmax2 free online streaming platform.

"Starting Feb. 1, we're not making any payments to sanctuary cities or states having sanctuary cities because they do everything possible to protect criminals at the expense of American citizens," Trump said to applause.

"And it breeds fraud and crime and all of the other problems that come. So, we're not making any payment to anybody that supports sanctuary cities."

The Department of Justice has designated 11 states and the District of Columbia, three counties and 18 cities as sanctuary jurisdictions based on policies that impede enforcement of federal immigration statutes and regulations.

The Small Business Administration provides low-interest loans, grants, and other helpful services to small businesses across the nation.

However, the SBA just announced that it is leaving Chicago and moving its office over the city’s sanctuary policies.

SBA Administrator Kelly Loeffler said the move is part of a bigger initiative that complies with an executive order from President Donald Trump prohibiting access to any form of federal funding for individuals without legal status in the United States.

And it’s not just Chicago that is seeing the agency exit.

The SBA is planning to relocate six offices located in any “municipalities that do not comply with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement.”

Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin is proposing a budget to ban "sanctuary cities" in the state. It ensures tax dollars won’t go to areas that refuse to comply with ICE.

Under the plan, local police must honor ICE detainer requests for criminal illegal immigrants. They also have to notify federal authorities within two days of releasing such individuals.

Cities or counties identifying as sanctuary cities will lose state funding. This includes money typically used to support local police departments.

Department of Criminal Justice Services, led by Youngkin appointee Jackson Miller, will oversee the withholding of "599 Funding" for these municipalities.

"Criminals who are in the United States illegally will be turned over to ICE," Youngkin told Fox News Digital. "Virginia is not a sanctuary state, and we will not allow localities to become sanctuary cities."
