Democrats continue to give greenlights to the unstable
Suspect with Ammunition Arrested Outside Ken Paxton’s Dallas Headquarters on Primary Night
Let’s be honest. Something feels off in America, doesn’t it? There’s a sour tension in the air, a sense that the old rules of engagement have been completely abandoned. For most of our history, political adversaries were just that—adversaries, not heretics deserving of total destruction. You fought tooth and nail in the political arena, but you still lived in the same country. That basic foundation of our Republic is being systematically pulverized.
This isn’t just about nasty tweets or shouting matches on TV. It’s a calculated campaign to redefine political disagreement as a moral sin. If you stand for the flag, secure borders, and American sovereignty, you’re no longer just wrong; you’re an enemy of the state.
This relentless drumbeat has consequences. It gives a green light to the unstable, making them feel like their worst impulses are justified. We’ve seen this script play out before, and the ending is never good.
In spite of another off the wall lunatic, Ken Paxton and Jon Cornyn will be in a Republican run-off in May.

Texas Democrats
Texas House Dems to Return Home
The Texas House Democrats who abandoned their state in protest of the Republican-led redistricting effort will return home after Gov. Greg Abbott (R) took “emergency action” to begin removing the absent legislators as they refused to show up for work.Multiple sources revealed the news to ABC13 on Tuesday, though the exact date the Democrats will return to the state capitol in Austin was not confirmed.
The state House had only 95 members present for the second day in a row on Tuesday, with Speaker Dustin Burrows (R) predicting that the session will end and a new one will start assuming there is no quorum on Friday, the outlet noted.
Senate Democrats did not break quorum, though they did storm out of the chamber in protest as their Republican counterparts passed the new redistricting map.
The deadline for them to go back to Austin was last Friday afternoon, prompting Abbott to file a suit with the Texas Supreme Court this week to quickly “make clear the authority I have” to remove the legislators from their offices, Breitbart News reported.

Texas AG announced Democrat Judge and 5 others indicted for voter fraud
Democrat Judge Indicted For Voter Fraud In Texas
A Democratic judge and five other individuals were indicted for voter fraud, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Wednesday.Judge Rochelle Lozano Camacho, an elected Democratic judge in Frio County, Texas, was charged with three counts of vote harvesting during her 2022 primary campaign, according to a press release from Paxton’s office. The county’s trustee — the judge’s sister — the election administrator, two Pearsall, Texas city council members, and an additional woman were also indicted.
The charges stem from a multi-year investigation launched in 2022 after Camacho’s opponent in the Democratic primary runoff, Mary Moore, filed a complaint, San Antonio-based ABC affiliate KSAT reported. Moore accused Camacho of hiring a longtime Democrat operative to gather mail ballots, complete applications, and even drive voters to polling locations. She allegedly paid them between $1,500 and $2,500.
Camacho allegedly targeted elderly voters in a Pearsall, Texas subdivision, Newsweek reported. One of Camacho’s partners in the scheme reportedly concealed ballots under her shirt and used multiple vehicles to avoid detection from investigators.

Preliminary Injunction issued against Biden regarding Border Wall
Attorney General Ken Paxton Prevails Over Biden’s Unlawful Attempt to Redirect Money Away from Border Wall Construction
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has secured a preliminary injunction against an attempt by the Biden Administration to illegally redirect statutorily obligated funds away from the construction of a border wall.Under President Donald Trump’s leadership, Congress dedicated roughly $1.4 billion to the construction of walls and barriers along the southern border in order to reduce the number of illegal aliens entering the country.
Immediately upon taking office, President Joseph Biden issued an executive order demanding construction stop and directing the Department of Homeland Security to devise a way to redirect the funds.
Texas sued to stop this scheme and to require the Biden Administration to follow the law and use the appropriated money for the purpose Congress directed. A federal district court agreed with Texas and has now issued a preliminary injunction to prevent the Administration’s effort to illegally defund the border wall. [texasattorneygeneral.gov]

Don't Mess with Texas
Federal Court Delivers TRILLION DOLLAR Blow to Biden Agenda
It’s time to dust off your cowboy hats and put on your boots because we’ve got a reason to celebrate down in the Lone Star State! Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton just scored a landmark victory that will make every red-blooded, constitution-loving American swell with pride. The news comes from reports that Paxton successfully defended the state of Texas against the Biden administration’s immigration policies. Now, if that doesn’t call for a hearty “yeehaw,” I don’t know what does!
So, what’s the hullabaloo all about? Well, the Biden administration decided to take a little detour from the Constitution Avenue and tried to implement an immigration policy that would have allowed illegal immigrants to stay in the U.S. without fear of deportation. Sounds like a recipe for disaster, right?
But fear not, patriots! Our very own Texas AG, Ken Paxton, saddled up and rode into the legal battlefield to protect our borders and uphold the rule of law. And guess what? He won!
The court ruled in favor of Texas, blocking the Biden administration’s reckless immigration policy.

Liberal Advocacy Group, Media Matters manipulated data on X
Texas AG Launches Fraud Probe on Media Matters
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has launched an investigation into the left-wing media watchdog group Media Matters for "potential fraudulent activity" following accusations from X CEO Elon Musk. The billionaire tech mogul accused the group of manipulating data on social media platform X, leading to a mass exodus of advertisers including IBM, Apple, Disney, Lionsgate, and Paramount.
Musk, who had previously promised to hit Media Matters with a "thermonuclear lawsuit," was outraged by a report published by the group on Friday.
The report claimed that X was allowing ads to appear next to "white nationalist hashtags," but Musk believes that this is a misrepresentation of the platform's user experience designed to mislead advertisers. Elon is suing Media Matters.
