Shouting match in U.S. Senate

Markwayne Mullin Smoked Bernie Sanders on Obamacare Premiums at Casey Means Hearing

Bernie Sanders spent decades telling Americans he had the answer to the healthcare crisis.

He's been in Congress since 1991 – longer than Sen. Markwayne Mullin has been alive – voting for every policy that made your premiums skyrocket while calling Republicans heartless for wanting to fix it.

On Wednesday, Mullin looked Sanders in the eye during a Senate confirmation hearing and said what millions of Americans have wanted to say for 35 years.

The hearing was called to consider President Trump's surgeon general nominee, Dr. Casey Means – a physician who wants to fix the root causes of disease rather than keep Americans trapped in the pharmaceutical hamster wheel.

Sanders, the ranking member, opened by accusing the Trump administration of spreading misinformation.

Mullin wasn't having it.

Florida Surgeon General speaks out on mRNA

Michigan Legislator Paquette Follows Florida Ladapo’s Lead, Wants Answers from Michigan Health Director

In what may be a sign of things to come, Michigan State Rep. Brad Paquette is echoing concerns raised by Florida Surgeon General Joseph A. Ladapo regarding the mRNA Covid-19 vaccine.

Ladapo released a report last week that raised concerns over risks associated with the mRNA Covid-19 vaccine. And of course, Democrats are condemning him like he's some quack.

One of the most concerning findings in the report was that the Surgeon General’s office found an increased risk of cardiac-related deaths for men aged 18-39.

Quote of the Day - Surgeon General

“This is going to be the hardest and the saddest week of most Americans’ lives, quite frankly. This is going to be our Pearl Harbor moment, our 9/11 moment, only it’s not going to be localized. It’s going to be happening all over the country. And I want America to understand that.”

~ Surgeon General Jerome Adams

Surgeon General Jerome Adams said the coronavirus pandemic rivals some of the darkest moments in U.S. history, including the two worst foreign attacks on American soil: the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor and the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
