Raw Partisan Politics from the "News" Media
The Media That Attacked Bush For Flying Over New Orleans Is Attacking Trump For Landing in Texas
By Erick Erickson | Wednesday, August 30, 2017If President Trump were to go to Houston and walk on the flood waters carrying people out of their homes, the national press corps would attack him for being unable to swim. He cannot win with them and that is why so few Americans really respect or pay attention to the media any more. The press has given up objectivity for raw partisan politics even in times of disaster.

Israel our only Friend?
I think it is highly appropriate at this time that we send THANKS to all of the countries that have reciprocated for our help with their disasters, misgivings, social turmoil, & poverty by returning the favor, and sending the United States of America monetary and physical help when "Sandy" ravaged our East Coast leaving dead, homelessness and pure disaster along with the tornado's that have hit Oklahoma towns.
Listed below are ALL the countries, and worldwide organizations that gave us gracious assistance.
Please assist me in thanking these entities by passing on this message so that people from all over America can join in and THANK ALL of our neighbors throughout the world, to whom we have given BILLIONS!!
1. Israel
2.
3.
4.

DO I HEAR AN AMEN?
I received this e-mail today and after checking this out, it appears that Israel is the only country that came through for us. This is something that the liberal press never mentioned.

Glenn Beck's Non Profit gives $720,000 to Tornado relief
Emotions ran high on Saturday when eight Cleveland County deputies received checks from Joe Kerry, the head of Glenn Beck’s nonprofit organization Mercury One.
Five of those deputies’ homes were completely destroyed during the May tornadoes while the other three deputies’ homes sustained damage. As Kerry handed each of them their check and shook each of their hands, he made a decision.

Shhh, it's top secret
Do you hear much about Benghazi lately? The State Department has denied interviews with the survivors in Benghazi. Repeated requests for more support were denied, despite prior attacks on the compound in the months leading up to September 11, 2012. Read more...
What about Obama's promise to all the Hurricane Sandy victims? Hear much about that lately? He visited New Jersey on October 31 and New York on November 15. Obama pledged to storm victims that "we are here for you and we will not forget." They are still suffering and funding for temporary dwellings have and are drying up. More than 34,000 people were displaced because of Hurricane Sandy.

Til the End of Time
People have been predicting the end of the world since God knows when. The Library of Datesetters has the beginning of the doom and gloom at year 44.
Supposedly, according to the Mayan calendar, the Earth will end in the year 2012. They say that the Planet X returns, the Milky Way aligns with the Earth and the Sun on
Right now there is an 8.8 magnitude earthquake in
With all the strange weather phenomena over the last several years, it makes even a skeptic, such as I, wonder...what is going on? With countries testing nuclear explosives underground, it makes us all sit up and take notice when there are no explanations to the strange things going on….dead fish, more cancer victims, violent weather changes, etc. Nuclear tests can involve many hazards.
In 1954 we had Bravo, which is considered the worst nuclear accident and caused untold problems: changing weather patterns and contamination of populations and food supplies. These problems have occurred from nuclear tests from other countries as well.
Is it just scientific happenstance of which we have no control? Maarten Keulemans has a web site Exit Mundi. He says this regarding the most likely way that the Earth will die—“Some stuff is simply inevitable. It WILL happen no matter what. His number one theory is that the Sun will die and incinerate our planet-- a super volcano will erupt one day and the universe will eventually die - although scientists still disagree over the details.”
As everything has a beginning and an end, people will be theorizing and discussing about the end of the Earth until the end of time…:)

Just throw them a bone
Displaced Haitians have to live under tarps
Haitians have been abused for an untold number of years—hundreds perhaps. Recently they have had to endure the worst natural disaster in this hemisphere, a 7.0 earthquake that killed over 200 thousand people and caused major damage to Port-au-Prince, Jacmel and other settlements.
36 large U.S. corporations pledged over $1 million each. The Red Cross raised $10 million plus with 15% of that money coming from U.S. corporations. The U.S. government pledged $100 million as a starter. Stars like Sandra Bullock gave $1 million. The Clinton/Bush Haiti Fund raised over $12 million. The list is endless when it comes to donations from all over the world.
So why then are the Haitian victims who are now homeless and own no possessions, have no means to work or buy one thing, are told that they can not have a tent to live in because they are too costly and too inefficient and then are handed a TARP?
This abuse of these people has gone on long enough.

Another Earthquake
As people struggle to recover from the devastating 7.0 earthquake that devastated Port au Prince on January 12, killing at least 72,000 people, another one hit this morning.
This poor country.

On Haiti - "Hope" is not cutting it

Now the United States and the United Nations are being criticized by Haitians. What for? They are upset about the coordination of the tremendous amount of supplies and goods that are entering their torn country but not being delivered fast enough to those who need them. But Haitians have had it. They are more than frustrated. They have lived through aid never getting to them. It is a situation that has persisted through the years. The U.S. knows that too.
What you have there is a totally collapsed infrastructure. Roads are impassable. The main sea port was destroyed. You have a small airport with one runway with 200 planes coming and going on a daily basis. They are upset because we are transporting troops first before goods.
Without troops and helicopters and other forms of transport on the ground, there will be no way to get the goods to where they need to be. Without opening up the roads, there will be no distribution of medical supplies and water. We have to import equipment to move the rubble. Without security, more people will be out there with machetes, looting and causing mayhem. These are the facts of life and our troops are on a life and death mission.
The Post Editorial says that we need to save Haiti. Their reasoning is there was “hope” to getting the country on track because Haiti “might provide opportunities beyond violence or drugs or making illegal runs for Florida.” What a bunch of hogwash.
We have been involved in Haitian politics almost since its inception. Look at the mess. It is the one of the poorest nations in the world. We supported corrupt regimes with the “hope” that it would get better. Haiti was doing OK until the Duvaliers came into power. They managed to destroy civil society and placed the country on a path toward destruction. Haiti has never recovered from this corrupt Father and Son regime. Then came Aristide who was freely elected. We have sent in over a billion in aid through the years that never got to the people and went to corrupt leaders. Aristide was linked to corruption and the drug trade. It hasn’t gotten better in Haiti. They have not been able to rise from the ashes.
It is horrible what has happened to Haiti, not only now with the worse natural disaster close to us but the continued conditions of its people, who by no fault of their own, were born there and live there with no means of improving their situation. Many of those who get educated leave Haiti with most migrating to the U.S., while those left behind continue to suffer. We need to rethink Haiti altogether because what we have been doing with all our financial "hope" and good intentions have not worked. Geraldo Riviera thinks that we need to take over the country.
Right now, however, we need to put politics aside and help the Haitian people first. 85% of the buildings in Port au Prince were destroyed. Thousands are dead. People continue to die.
