While at the Gun Show on Sunday, a gentleman was wearing this button, Stand with Israel which is a real democracy. I thought it so significant that I took the photo.
This is a major difference in the two political Parties. Our relationship with Israel has been in a crisis, the worse in forty years. This all has been intensified since Obama got elected. I turned against Obama and the Democratic Party because of his pastor...a person of supposed "faith" and the biggest hate monger going, Jeremiah Wright. Obama's pastor for twenty years, Reverend Wright has preached against Israel and has said he hated Israel and Zionism. He has even said that Israel is a "dirty word."
Now it seems, as I read Facebook, people are siding against Israel in its dispute with Palestine. They believe they have some new insight that Israel (the only country on the face of this Earth with 75% of its population being Jewish) is the bad guy in that region and are jumping on the bandwagon defending the poor Palestinians and Hamas, the militant Islamic group that wants to create an Islamic state in Palestine.
The Jewish people have maintained ties to their homeland for 3,700 years.
