Can't depend on Fox News these days

Donald Trump went on Fox News and then all hell broke loose

We've all noticed it. Fox continues to have on more and more Democrats even hiring some as commenters. Take Donna Brazile as a prime example...former head of the DNC who gave Hillary the questions during a debate. And Fox, who we thought had integrity, hired her. Their "fair and balanced" mantra is now highly questionable. We're now turning some of their shows off.

The liberals we love to hate are Juan Williams at the top of the list. Then comes Jessica Tarlov...she seems to be all over the place. At the 3pm hour Shepard Smith is a long time Trump hater and he must be losing audience by now. Hard to watch that guy. Even Neil Cavuto can be a pain in the azz at times. There are a few other staples at fox that annoy.

So what is Fox's motive?  Ratings? Just lively banter assured with a Trump hating liberal or two?

Letter from a Lake Worthian who doesn't love our country

Following is a Letter to the Editor from a Lake Worthian who is another liberal who has fallen foot, line and sinker to the Democrat bullet points. It's a shame that so many liberals don't like our country and so many have abandoned God and many of them live right here in our city. Everyone has equal justice in America.

By reciting the Pledge of Allegiance, every American promises to be true to the United States of America. What's so difficult about that? The freedom available will not be taken for granted and each American will remember the countless men, women and children who have given their lives through the centuries, so that they can live peacefully today.

As far as his statement on The Statute of Liberty, it is not actually inscribed on the Statue of Liberty but rather on a plaque. The only Statue of Liberty inscription can be found on the tablet in her left hand, which says JULY IV MDCCLXXVI (July 4, 1776), the day the United States adopted the Declaration of Independence.

Our country has always encouraged legal immigration and people who want to come here and love America, assimilate, learn English, say the Pledge and abide by our laws. That's not asking too much to live in the greatest country on Earth.

Pledge of Allegiance needs a rewrite

I am having a hard time reciting our Pledge of Allegiance because the words no longer relate to the America of 2019.

It would be a more relevant and honest pledge if we changed “One nation, indivisible, under God, with liberty and justice for all...”

To: “One nation, totally divided by race, color and religion, insulting God, without liberty and justice for all...”

This would be consistent with the suggested changes to the wording on the Statue of Liberty, also intended to reflect our present country.

Byron MacGregor - One Canadian tired of Americans getting kicked around

In this era today, we're getting kicked around by silly kids who don't believe America is that great, Domestic terrorists, socialists, communists, 50% of the population that believes The View is gospel and Congressional Democrats.

Preacher forgot to teach about Love

This preacher should be teaching about love, not hate. "There but for the grace of God go I."

Give me a "high five!" instead of a hug

Children Now Warned Against Hugging Their Family During the Holiday Season

Liberals have gone stark, raving mad and need to stay out of parenting.  The Girl Scouts have an article on raising "happy girls" and say one in ten girls are sexually abused so children, don't hug your family, especially during holidays and family get-togethers..

Hillary said, "It takes a village to raise a child." No, it takes a loving family that gives hugs and shows love, giving comfort and security to their children. Tell them often how much you love them.

Stop being Cry-Babies

The cry-babies and the socialist agitators have also taken to wearing diaper safety pins on their clothing to demonstrate that they are “safe spaces” to those whom they may greet on the street. Bwaaa.

Cop Hating Councilman

Comment Up

If you ever commit a crime in Mississippi and find yourself pursued by law enforcement, you may want to head to the section of the city of Jackson represented by this cop-bashing councilman. What he has planned for the cops in your rear-view mirror should give you plenty of time to escape, so says WND.

A Testament -

I had to republish this from Facebook--it is just too honest and powerful to ignore--
Nick Jenkins to Mike Olive
10 hrs ·
CWB [ does anyone need to know who that is?] wants you to think you're doing something wrong, attending a church that just happens to be in a club setting. A LOT of AA/NA areas were founded in those same type settings. If God wanted us to do easy work he would have built more churches on corners than liquor stores, gun shops and adult venues...but He didn't, because salvation isn't something you can flip a coin and say I'm going to do the right thing and this is what I want today.

In AA/NA we learn today is a new day and I will take it as it comes (not to knock it, I still have my AA/NA books on my shelf), but accepting Jesus is to rebuke the devil in every form, give up you life in this world as we know it and give praise and worship to the true structure in where we lay our feet and foundation for this life, not in this world but in his kingdom, evermore.

Honestly, I LOVE going to the Bamboo Room, watching Pastor Mike and the choir on stage, with my back to those curtains.. hiding the booze. Its both a physical and spiritual movement forward up and away from that where we first stepped foot. Its kinda eerie. As you walk up those steps, man I hate those steps... I think there's 12 or so.. lol.. and you get to the top to be greeted by fellowship. You sit down, with your back to the things that brought most of us here!?!?!?!

GOD IS GOD! CANT EVEN SAY GREAT, HE IS GOD!

Farrahakan, the Hateful Grinch

If you thought all the racial animosity that flared all summer might cool down as fall and winter approach, think again, says WND.

In one breath Farrakhan says that Blacks have the 10th largest economy on Earth and in the next breath he implies that Whitey has kept Blacks in the ghetto and has taken advantage--that White businesses, you know, those places that create jobs for "his" people, need to feel his pain. He wants to boycott them.  He refers to himself as a religious leader with the Nation of Islam and is perceived to be  antiSemetic, anti-White and anti-gay. He's a hateful guy.

Not content with his declared war on white people and his suspected inspiration for the deadly war on police officers, the new Mr. Grinch has declared war on Christmas!

Read about the hate mongeror. We'll never get to 2nd base in race relations with people such as he.

All Lives Matter

Comment Up

Last week there was another police ambush in our country--how many have there been now?  This time it was a Las Vegas cop who was shot while he was stopped at a red light.

The Black Lives Matter group is encouraging it. And on top of that, we have a gay minister at the First Unitarian Universalist Congregation Church in North Palm Beach who actually erected a huge sign that said "Black Lives Matter." It got national attention when the sign was defaced to the repair tune of $1,000 according to the minister. It seems to me that ministers should be preaching love, not hate and that ALL lives matter. This unconventional minister fired the flame of racism.

Listen to what Joe Evans of All lives Matter has to say--

The War Room

Comment Up

What a wonderful movie this was...a wake up call for many of us.  There are many spiritual movies on the horizon through January 2016 probably due to the anti-Christian movement going on here and abroad. It will be interesting to see if any top this one and its message.

We all certainly don't agree on many things but one thing that we can agree on is the intensity of the anti-Christian hatred in parts of the world. Even Global leaders, including our own president, have not stepped forward to speak out strongly enough against this rising persecution and atrocities of ISIS and its mass slaughter and beheading of Christians. Here at home, gay activists are out to destroy anyone who will not accept gay marriage and the church is a target.

This movie will give you inspiration and hope and confirm Pastor Mike Olive's message of "love, not hate," and the power of prayer that works for all of us.

Quote of the Day - Ben Carson - Going to the Heart of the Matter

Comment Up

Describing what happened in Charleston as a terrible tragedy is an understatement. Those blaming the massacre  on White people, the Rebel flag, T-Party conservatives, Fox news, lack of hope, etc. are just looking for excuses to perpetuate the hate that exists in our country today and dividing this country further. We see it right in our own city and at city hall. Love is taking a temporary back seat.

The shooter, Dyllan Roof, a 21 year old loser who has a heart full of hate and evil, fatally shot nine people while they were praying at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church. Can anyone imagine anything worse? Ben Carson said it well last night:

"Certainly not the tone that I would have adopted." [talking about Obama's tone and what he said--"But let’s be clear, said Obama: at some point, we as a country will have to reckon with the fact that this type of mass violence does not happen in other advanced countries."]

Carson further stated, I think we have to start going to the heart of the matter. The heart of the matter is not guns. The heart of the matter is the heart, the heart and soul of people...the alleged suspect did not wake up yesterday and turn into a "maniac...the country needs to start concentrating on instilling the right kind of values in young people.

I hope we the American people can come to the understanding that we are not each others' enemies. The enemies are those who are stoking the flames of division trying to divide us in every category and weakening us as a society."

And as he said on Twitter and probably the most important statement made to date by anyone running for office:

“I fear our intolerance of one another is the new battle ground of evil. Today many feel it is ok to hate someone who thinks differently than you do. Please join me in praying for our great nation, that we may heal ourselves before it is too late.”
