Supreme Court to enter Debate on Gay Marriage

The Supreme Court announced on Friday that it would enter the national debate over same-sex marriage, agreeing to hear a pair of cases challenging state and federal laws that define marriage to include only unions of a man and a woman.

No matter what side of this issue you fall on, the bigger issue is that judges can overturn the will of the American people.I support the right of the gay community to be married and have all of the benefits of heterosexual couples.But AGAIN, why bother to have ELECTIONS?
