I have no particular interest in the Constitution. Every Document has to be updated from time to time. From what I can see, the Constitution is just something that we constantly argue about. The language has changed considerably since the 1700's, and all it does is cause arguments on how to interpret it.
If you have to interpret it, and nobody can agree, what good is it?
The Constitution does NOT have to be updated. It's been around since 1789 and amended 27 times. Only Liberals have a problem with our Constitution and America in general. In the congressional proposal method, two-thirds of both chambers of Congress must propose an amendment. The proposed amendment must then be ratified by three-fourths of state conventions or state legislatures, as chosen by Congress. We have a supreme Court that is there to interpret when occasion arise. You are one of these Democrats who hate America.
I'm not a Democrat, and any Document that has to be interpreted by Constitutional Scholars, can't do anybody much good.
For 200 years, people have been arguing about it. Why is that good? I's not a straightforward document. and for that reason, it causes more problems than it solves.
The Supreme Court has an opinion. They can't interpret anything. It's not the Rosetta Stone.
If a Mortgage and a Deed were as confusing as the Constitution, there would be chaos in the land.

I think these people should break away from the two parties, who are nothing but crooks.
Do you think Menendez is the only one? He should have been thrown out when he had the hung jury. Everybody knew he was guilty.
