According to Mexico News Daily, the caravan of 15,000 will be heading for Chiapas, Mexico to request work there.

He guaranteed us that Mexico would pay for the wall. I'm still for it but I'm not going to be played for a fool...KEEP YOUR PROMISE, PRESIDENT TRUMP. MAKE MEXICO PAY FOR IT!
Saying something or guarantying something are totally different. Mexico will be paying through the new USMCA agreement that is if Congress passes it. And since the Democrats now control the House--who knows. Dems want to add stronger language supporting LGBTQ employees. They love to mess up things.
