It uses inappropriate statistical methods to obscure the reality that mass shootings are very rare in most countries, so that when they do happen they have an outsized statistical effect. Maybe we can glean something from Latin America? There is not one country from South America on this list. Maybe they know or do something different, something in their culture that can help all the rest of the countries on these lists.
