This whole store is a code violation. No wheelchair access, Store is overstocked to the point you can not even walk around, Windows loaded with signs, No warning that this store is not appropriate for children etc. He is so totally disgusting and even more disgusting is that he is one of our commissioners and got re-elected by money grabbing investors. I look at him and I want to puke.
Code boasts that they have a 24hr complaint investigation turn around time so today we should know if marleens complaint is valid or not

Our code department in whole is a joke because they take their directive from backstabbing bullies like Bornstien. Theres only a few decent code officers who actually care about our town. Heard through the grape vine that one of the actual good ones is on the hot seat to be fired =/

I like Andy and I have no problem with what he sells in his store, but code should apply to all and the signs all over the windows and outside looks junky. This issue is particularly bad on Dixie Highway, look at Dixie stores in Lake Worth compared to Dixie stores in WPB. Big difference. Andy should be leading the way.
