Old and moldy; it might have to go, but Commissioner Shanon Materio, who represents the south end in West Palm Beach, has made a sensible statement and is taking the correct approach when she says:
"I
want the city to build a new clubhouse but I want city staff to provide
figures on how much it would cost to repair the current one until the
city has the money to spend millions on a new one." Why knock something down without all the facts or a Plan in place?
