President Joe Biden's meeting with Ukrainian President Zelensky is a reminder that only President Donald Trump can ensure that we avoid World War 3.• President Trump has stated, "I'll be your peacemaker and I am the only candidate who can make this promise to you, I will prevent World War 3."
• Joe Biden has sent over $75 billion to Ukraine and is simply furthering along a deadly war.
o President Trump, on the other hand, promises to bring the war to an end with a peace deal.
o President Trump has noted that "for a small fraction of what we spend upon Ukraine, we could take care of every homeless veteran in America."
• President Trump has a record of peace through strength. As he said at a recent rally, "For four straight years under the Trump administration I kept America safe, I kept Israel safe, I kept Ukraine safe, and I kept the world safe."
• As President, he ensured that our NATO allies began paying their fair share, strengthening Europe without taking advantage of the United States.
o President Trump secured commitments from NATO member nations to increase their defense contributions by over $100 billion.
o NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg praised President Trump for his “strong leadership," for his “commitment to the Alliance,” and thanked him for spurring increased defense investment.
o Foreseeing the issue, President Trump sanctioned the Russian Nord Stream 2 pipeline and even warned Germany and other European nations against relying on Russian energy.
o President Trump’s sanctions on Russia curtailed their ability to purchase goods that could threaten U.S. national security, in a move that one State Department official said could have affected up to 70% of the Russian economy.
