Judge Arthur Engoron
who has been overseeing the civil fraud case brought by New York against 2024 GOP frontrunner Donald Trump, has been revealed to have published shirtless photos of himself into his school’s newsletter, which he edits and publishes.
The photos were published in the 51st and 63rd editions of the newsletter, wedged between stories from graduates of The Wheatley School in Old Westbury and fan mail from readers. The photos were first made public by X account Marco Polo, which describes itself as "the opposition research group for the people."
In the 51st edition of The Wheatley School Alumni Association Newsletter, published on October 2, 2020, Engoron included a shirtless photo of himself titled "BonusTorsophoto" in what appears to be a locker room. The 51st edition of the newsletter also features a section from Engoron, who graduated from the high school in 1967, posting articles related to the early days of the civil fraud case, when Eric Trump was ordered by Engoron to testify in response to a subpoena.
The 63rd edition of the newsletter, published on October 7, 2021, features a before and after comparison of his October 2020 photo, as well as one taken in August of 2021.
