All the Specialty Coffee Shops already do that. Is she an idiot? Surely, she has heard of Fair Trade.
Whole Foods, Trader Joe's', Starbucks, Common Grounds, who doesn't get their coffee from around the world to help the farmers in those Third World Countries?
