A lot of people use coverups, they use bow ties and snazzy dressing to compensate for their ineffectiveness as workers/leaders. Mr. B seems to do this too, he is not really topnotch, might be friendly to some, look nice, look interesting with bow ties, but does he really GET THE JOB DONE? That is the BIG question.
Although we never heard a public review on Bornstein, nor did we get a self-evaluation, the commission gave him good reviews with Amoroso giving him an overall top score of 5.
There is no way of telling whether he is a 5. Mr. Bornstein eliminated city manager weekly reports once he became CM. He doesn't give a report at the city commission meetings either. It would be sort of impossible for me or anyone else to evaluate him or know what he does or has accomplished unless, of course, one is clairvoyant. Perhaps the commission is.

Looks like Mr. Cool has a huge EGO too! Does he get the job done in this city? Why do we have more blight and crime now under his management?
