Lake Worth Trojans Win 35 - 6

Comment Up
Evan Moore drove the Ferrari last night

In spite of the large amount of penalties (one for grabbing a helmet) that slowed down the game, it was a great night for the Trojans and a great night for football. Evan Moore the quarterback and Alex Hook were the top stars. Moore made 3 touchdowns in a row with two called back for penalties before he threw the ball to Matthew Plunkett who ran one in for the night's first touchdown. Alex Hook ran for three touchdowns, one for 51 yards.

Directly in front of us were a bunch of kids. They all were a lot of fun and impressed me a lot. Kids are so much different than when I was a kid. We wouldn't have bothered giving "old" people the time of day. They weren't there to watch the game but to hang out with their friends and have fun. They are friendly and respectful and loving of each other as well as to us.

The stands were packed on the home side of the field and the concession stands had long lines. I gave up on getting that hotdog. Next Friday night they are at home again and play Palm Beach Central. Everyone come on out and support Lake Worth. You will find us on the 50 yard line.

Did you cheer, wave your Pom Poms and throw confetti?
Hope you wore your Maroon and white.
