After Report Blows Lid on Biden Border Flight Fraud, Homeland Security Pauses the Program

The Biden administration’s immigration policies have been like a leaky faucet, constantly dripping with issues and controversies. Scratch that—it’s not a leaky faucet, it’s more like a broken dam.

Ever since President Biden took office, we’ve seen an unprecedented surge in illegal immigration. His administration’s approach has been to cancel former President Trump’s effective border policies, essentially opening the floodgates.

The Biden administration has allowed the largest influx of illegal immigration in history to occur. On day one, Biden canceled Trump’s commonsense policies at the border, effectively welcoming illegals in. When the numbers got astronomically high, it seems they tried to lower some of the numbers by using an obscure program to get more people in “legally” by flying them in and avoiding normal reporting.

This program, initially launched in October 2022 for Venezuelans and later expanded to include Cubans, Haitians, and Nicaraguans, was designed to allow up to 30,000 nationals from these countries to enter the U.S. each month under parole. The conditions were that these migrants had not entered the U.S. illegally, had a sponsor in the country, and passed certain biometric and biographical checks.

The decision to halt the program was due to an internal report that unearthed large amounts of fraud in applications for those sponsoring the applicants. So, who is surprised?
