Walz responds to vice presidential debate invitation

Vance says 'I strongly suspect we're going to be there'

But we're not going to do one of these fake debates, Laura, where they don't actually have an audience there, where they don't actually set the parameters in a right way, where you can have a good exchange of ideas

The debate, which would include Republican VP nominee JD Vance, is slated for Oct. 1 on CBS

CBS never had the courtesy of contacting Vance to see if he was available or give any details. It's their way or the highway attitude.
