Quote of the Day - Richard Grosso

Land use is becoming less based on law and more on raw political power.

~Richard Grosso
a law professor and Director of the Environmental and Land Use Law Clinic at the law school at Nova Southeastern University

Talking about the dismantling of Florida's Department of Community Affairs.

We have seen this of late in our own city with politicians throwing out our own Planning & Zoning board so that politicians can appoint cronies with different visions for this city...100 feet, 100 feet. Integrity is becoming a fleeting and disappearing trait when it involves politicians.

This man is truly a hero of Florida. He also is the one who said that there was NO Bert J. Harris taking on the Sunset property. Take heed.
