I am totally confused here. Eric's material says district 24 but he is running here. Will ask him.
District 31 is now the new District 24 due to redistricting.
Just received a reply from Eric Ankner and it's due to redistricting. The map produced by zipdatamaps is not accurate as far as the zip codes involved.

As soon as a senator is elected in the general election, district 31 becomes District 24.
