People from all over the world are traveling to the United States in order to give birth here. It's insanity. This loophole and fraud on our country needs to end.A 2018 report reveals that women in the United States illegally had 297,000 children in 2014 at a cost of $2.4 billion. Also, The Center for Immigration Studies report also put a price on the likely Medicaid bill for childbirth and early care to illegal and legal immigrants combined, at $5.3 billion. That "loophole" is the 4th Amendment to our U.S. Constitution.

Yes, it's an AMENDMENT. That means there can be another AMENDMENT. It was proposed in response to issues related to former slaves following the American Civil War. OK? Now we have ILLEGAL ALIENS crossing our borders with the sole purpose of having children in our country. It is FRAUD. This must stop as it goes against the intent of the Constitutional amendment.
