Re-elect Commissioner Chris McVoy

There are a few people in our city who don't realize how lucky we are to have lead environmental scientist Christopher McVoy as city commissioner District 2. Because of his extensive analytical training, he knows what to ask and why when the city wants to spend YOUR money. Sometimes this gets the Trio (majority) commission mad as well as some of their pundits when he holds their feet to the fire.

"A world-renowned Ecohydrologist, Everglades expert, author, elected official and empiricist trained in systems analysis and simulation modeling, Dr. McVoy is a noted educator and advocate for science-based environmental science."

Highly educated and one who speaks English, French, Spanish, German and Dutch, he has served Lake Worth for two terms and now seeks his third. Although he has been the minority voice on this commission and sometimes is on the other side of the vote, we need to retain a commissioner who is always upright and one who has strong moral principles always striving for the betterment of Lake Worth and the lives of its citizens and one who is not afraid of ruffling feathers when necessary. He speaks for us.

Re-Elect Christopher McVoy on March 14.

Everyone likes Chris other than the trio on the dais and the fake news LW Herald whose owner is one of the good ole boys. Then you have the Post that has no clue 50% of the time.

Palm Beach post only grudgingly reports on LW news, they'd like to eliminate it completely.

Quite frankly, I'd like to eliminate Lake Worth completely. Then the trio and Bornstein would have to get real jobs for real money.

What? How much booze have you consumed today?

How come people were on here lovin up to the Post last time when they endorsed McVoy, and now that they didn't those same people hate them?

Any mention of accomplishments of McVoy are lacking. Please lay them all out for the voters to weigh in his effectiveness as they make their decision.

McVoy is a minority commissioner. There's not much change he can make but he does try damn hard to look after taxpayer money. Hell, he isn't even allowed to pull something off of consent to have a discussion about it. Are you kidding, anonymous @3:20?

His accomplishment is LISTENING to the people. That's something this Trio does NOT do.
