On the same day Americans honored slain civil-rights leader Charlie Kirk, FBI Director Kash Patel on Sunday said the bureau is investigating all theories concerning the assassination, including "hand gestures observed as potential 'signals'" immediately prior to the shooting.

Patel said: "We are meticulously investigating theories and questions, including the location from where the shot was taken, the possibility of accomplices, the text message confession and related conversations, Discord chats, the angle of the shot and bullet impact, how the weapon was transported, hand gestures observed as potential 'signals' near Charlie at the time of his assassination, and visitors to the alleged shooter's residence in the hours and days leading up to September 10, 2025."

Videos have emerged of hand gestures, with some claiming they are military-style signals.

Officials with the city of Lake Worth Beach are desperately searching for a solution to the damage being done to park bathrooms.

At a recent city commission meeting, Mayor Betty Resch expressed frustrations with the state of the bathrooms at the city's public parks. She said it's disgusting what's being done to them.

"It's disgusting that people come in and destroy our bathrooms. They use them to have sex. They use them to shoot up. I don't know what the heck else. I mean, I've gone in there and there's like suitcases piled up," she said.

If you ever find yourself publicly gloating over the killing of someone with different political views than you have, you’re essentially saying, “I’m cool with people being murdered as long as the circumstances are to my liking." And anyone who publicly announces that they are cool with murder when it happens is just one small step away from calling for the murder of the next person who fits their "right circumstances.”

So why on earth would an employer feel obligated to keep paying someone who creates a hostile environment by openly expressing their enthusiastic support for murdering other people under any circumstances? To put it another way, when employers are in the process of hiring people, they tend to prefer people they actually like, in addition to their qualifications.

So if a person indicates on a job application that they are "pro-homicide" when the time is right, the chances are good that they're not going to be hired. And if an employer wouldn't hire a candidate who supporters murder, why should they be expected to keep them employed once they find out?

So if you've been cheering since Charlie Kirk was killed in cold blood, the First Amendment will certainly keep you out of jail, but the Founding Fathers didn't say a damn thing about keeping you out of the unemployment line."

The luxury car, leaking oil, was shown in the footage with its front hood smashed in.

"Just as I left the house, I put oil in it, just topped it off," he said, joking with the responding police officer. The video also showed Robinson's mother showing up with insurance documents in the wake of the crash.

A man who pleaded guilty to attempting to kill Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh in 2022 is now using a female name and pronouns, according to a court document filed Friday.

Nicholas Roske, who is scheduled to be sentenced next month, is using the name Sophie Roske and a "Ms." title for the first time in a court filing in a case that has stretched for three years.

The court filing was a routine request in anticipation of Roske's sentencing, which is set for Oct. 3. But the filing referenced Roske by the name "Sophia," while a footnote revealed that Nicholas remains Roske's legal first name.

"Out of respect for Ms. Roske, the balance of this pleading and counsel’s in-court argument will refer to her as Sophie and use female pronouns," the footnote stated.

It is unclear if Roske is undergoing any treatments to become transgender.

Trump Imposes $100K Fee on H-1B Visas

American companies are laying off their American technology workers and seemingly replacing them with H-1B workers (cheap labor)

Today, President Donald J. Trump signed a Proclamation to restrict the entry into the United States of certain H-1B aliens as nonimmigrant workers, requiring a $100,000 payment to accompany or supplement H-1B petitions for new applications to curb abuses that displace U.S. workers and undermine national security.

The Proclamation restricts entry for aliens as nonimmigrants to perform services in specialty occupations in the H-1B program unless their petition is accompanied by a $100,000 payment.

It directs the Secretary of Homeland Security to restrict approvals for petitions from aliens that are currently outside the United States that are not accompanied by the payment, and allows case-by-case exemptions if in the national interest.

The Proclamation requires employers to retain documentation of payment remittance, with the Secretary of State verifying payment during the petition process and the Departments of State and Homeland Security denying entry for non-payment for the relevant aliens and taking other relevant steps needed to implement the Proclamation.

It will not be applied to existing holders of valid visas re-entering the country. "The proclamation does not apply to aliens who: are the beneficiaries of petitions that were filed prior to the effective date of the proclamation, are the beneficiaries of currently approved petitions, or are in possession of validly issued H-1B non-immigrant visas."

Florida ranks top in the nation for attracting workforce talent

7 Florida cities were among the top 10 in the U.S. for bringing in skilled employees.

Florida ranks as the top state in the nation for attracting and developing skilled workers, marking the third year in a row the Sunshine State has been atop the rankings.

Lightcast, a labor market data agency, issued its Talent Attraction Scorecard for 2025 and put Florida in first. The rankings have been published for 10 years, and Florida has claimed the top slot every year since 2023.

FloridaCommerce Secretary J. Alex Kelly said Florida has gone out of its way to develop and expand its workforce with qualified talent.

“Under Gov. DeSantis’ leadership, we’re creating opportunities for both job seekers and job creators through a strong focus on education and workforce training,” Kelly said.

“Florida continues to lead the nation with an economy where workforce and talent development are a priority to our success as we continue to build a future full of opportunity for anyone ready to grow and succeed here in the Free State of Florida.”

Hollywood was thrown into chaos after news broke that “Jimmy Kimmel Live” had been suspended “indefinitely.” While many celebrities expressed outrage and defended the late-night host, actor James Woods offered a very different perspective.

Woods drew attention to what he saw as hypocrisy surrounding cancel culture. He referenced the time when Twitter’s Jack Dorsey banned President Donald Trump from the platform during an election cycle. “Remember when Twitter’s Jack Dorsey banned the President of the United States from the world’s biggest forum during an election? Screw Jimmy Kimmel,” Woods wrote online.

To drive his point home, Woods linked to a 2023 Rolling Stone article titled “Why Cancel Culture is Good for Democracy” by Ernest Owens. Woods used the article to highlight how the rules liberals once championed are now working against them.

He argued that those who once embraced accountability through cancel culture now reject it when they’re the ones facing consequences. “Those who fear cancel culture may claim they fear suppression of speech, but it’s accountability that they want to avoid,” Owens wrote in defense of the practice.

Clay Travis reminded followers that Roseanne Barr was fired by Disney for a single joke on Twitter, despite her show being the top-rated on television. Gina Carano was dropped from a blockbuster streaming series for a social media post. Megyn Kelly also faced career fallout after voicing her opinions. At the time, many on the Left cheered these firings.
