Illegals arraigned on murder charges
[Houston Chronicle] Two known MS-13 gang members, formerly of El Salvador, appeared in
Houston court Wednesday to hear charges against them in the kidnapping
and torture of one victim and the "satanic" killing of a second.
Diego Hernandez-Rivera, 18, and leader of the group Miguel Alvarez-Flores, 22, also known as "Diabolico," were arrested Monday on charges of aggravated kidnapping in one case and murder in a second in the shooting death of an unidentified woman's body earlier this month on a Houston road.
Hernandez-River and Alvarez-Flores laughed, smiled and waved for the media cameras during Thursday morning's hearing. Both are immigrants in the country illegally, according to court records.

Man accused of indecent act at Lake Worth High School
There are a lot of creeps who come to Lake Worth. This one was caught!
Detectives assigned to the City of Lake Worth conducted an investigation on an individual who was exposing himself and performing other vulgar acts in front of high school aged females in the City of Lake Worth. Arrest warrants were obtained and the individual was apprehended in Miami by PBSO Detectives and the surrounding agency. The individual will be extradited back to Palm Beach County for prosecution.
The following incidents occurred:
On February 22, 2016, two female students reported to PBC School police that an unknown male driving a SUV stopped them on school property asking for directions to ‘Walgreens’. As the juveniles attempted to give him directions they observed the male masturbate in front of them.
On February 16, 2017, two female students reported to PBC School police that an unknown male driving a SUV stopped them on school property asking for directions to ‘I-95’. As the juveniles attempted to give him directions they observed the male masturbate in front of them.
The investigation determined that Ron Rohringer was the suspect committing this act on the aforementioned dates. Photo lineups were created and presented to the victim’s with positive identification made in both cases.
On March 2, 2017, the Honorable Judge C. Marx signed extraditable arrest warrants for Rohringer for three counts of ‘Indecent Exposure’ and two counts of ‘Trespass on School Property’. Rohringer was located in Miami and taken into custody without incident. Rohringer provided a full confession to these incidents and was remanded to Miami-Dade County Jail awaiting extradition back to PBC Jail.
Detectives believe that there could be additional victims.

Loren Spivack will be tonight's speaker at the Republican Club of Central Palm Beach County. The meeting starts at 6:00 at the Atlantis Country Club.
Loren Spivack “The Free Market Warrior” was born and raised in Massachusetts and spent most of his adult life in New York City. Before becoming active in politics, Spivack worked for several non-profits and as a management consultant for both profit and non-profit companies.
His “Free Market Warrior” store was expelled from Concord Mills Mall in North Carolina in July of 2009 for selling material critical of the Obama Administration. Several months ago, I bought his book, The New Democrat.

Sober Home owner arrested for patient brokering
Back in May, I wrote a blog on Living Right Sober Home on N B Street in Lake Worth adjacent to the Lake Worth Towers. I got a comment on this blog last night and the author called me an "idiot" and said she would prefer to live next door to a Sober Home than my "ugly judgements (sic)." I hear this frequently when people disagree with me. The writer said that Steve and Melissa are caring and loving people.
I just decided to have a cup of coffee and read the morning newspaper and lo and behold, there was an article on the owners of Living Right. The Palm Beach County Task force just made its 20th arrest and charged one of the owners, Stephen Johnson, who happens to own Living Right, with patient brokering. His bail will be set today.

Somalian refugee on the run

On CNN tonight - McCain and Graham
Two major pain in the arses to President Trump--disgruntled losing candidates for president of the United States. They should be in their element tonight appearing on a biased news show, CNN, that is desperate to get people to agree with their false assessment of Trump and possibly move up their ratings that have been tanking.
9pm tonight if anyone is interested to sit there and listen to Trump bashing--a majority of Lake Worthians.

Lake Worth - A Sanctuary City in a Sanctuary County
Although the city denies that Lake Worth is a Sanctuary City, there is data that decries that claim. Lake Worth, was added as a sanctuary city on 4-13-09. OJJPAC was given a tour of our city by local activists.
The city manager says we are not a Sanctuary City because there is no formal resolution or ordinance to that affect. The Sheriff, Ric Bradshaw, claims the same. However, an informal sanctuary policy is an 'unwritten' policy that exists but is not documented on paper.

Start of Turtle Season
Today is the beginning of Turtle Season. Nearly 90% of sea turtle nesting in the U.S. occurs in Florida. From March through October they will return to their home beaches to lay eggs. Soon, you will be spotting stakes in the sand at the Lake Worth beach. It takes 8 to 10 weeks for turtles to hatch once the eggs are laid.
