Mark Levin on the 14th Amendment

Two Knuckleheads on CNN with Jim Acosta

Mark Levin obliterates them

On August 19, the Atlantic published a piece by — in Mark Levin’s words — “two knuckleheads,” titled, “The Constitution Prohibits Trump from Ever Being President Again.”

These “knuckleheads” are J. Michael Luttig and Laurence H. Tribe, who argue that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment provides that Donald Trump literally can be prevented from running for president.

“The former president’s efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, and the resulting attack on the U.S. Capitol, place him squarely within the ambit of the disqualification clause, and he is therefore ineligible to serve as president ever again,” the article reads.

I find Mark Levin very tedious and boring. I really don't want to be taught a civics lesson every Sunday, and now Saturday night as well.

Wait until you see those ratings.

His ratings will be through the roof. That is why they gave him Saturday night as well.
not so much with the Democrat/Socialists/Communists, I agree with that.

I don't think so Lynn. I have another take on it, but we will wait to see how it plays out.
.
Aside from that, who wants to listen to that diatribe over and over again. Sometimes he has interesting guests, it's true, but by himself, he's a total bore.

Natasha on News Nation is much easier to look at, and a lot more interesting to listen to on Saturday and Sunday evenings. Check it out!

Trey Gowdy is a much better show, but they keep putting it on later. Trey is what people want to hear on TV, not that Limbaugh clone.

That's really for very old people. People who still have a TV that you have to walk across the room to change the channel.

@5:06...there you go with age again.
Trey Gowdy is usually on at 8pm but he's my least favorite on FOX weekend primetime.
