Yes this seems really off especially Tim Scott who's really a wonderful elected official who has a lot of logic He's African American who's intelligent it makes no sense why his rating would be so low below so many others I just think it's really off really makes no sense I guess they didn't ask any intelligent white people or African American people in this survey at all because he's really top-notch makes no sense no logic there!
