I hope it is better this year. It keeps getting worse each year, all this pop art junk and very few classical paintings done anymore. Too many people and just has gotten worse and worse, it was better 20 years ago when they first started it. All these young people just want to play around, they are not serious artists like they used to be.
I've seen enough of this festival that causes mayhem with our traffic. Every year more dogs brought along...why? They're better off at home. I've seen pitbulls, trouble waiting to happen.
