Quote of the Day - John Szerdi - Out of Touch; Out of Tune

Comment Up
"I still believe the city has the momentum that a small anarchist group will not succeed in taking over the city with their lies and tactics."

~ John Szerdi

John Szerdi who never had to run for elected office until this election, had it easy.  All he ever had to do was to listen to the people and their concerns...be his own man. Instead, he treated many who spoke out as brainless and agreed with the slimy tactics of some who attempted to denigrate the opposition. Word spreads. He was a rubber stamp to the three commissioners already in the majority:  Maxwell, Triolo and Amoroso. He could always find that angle to agree with them and would use it every time.

Today he blames his losing on a small group of anarchists--he is out of touch and out of tune. He contends that they are liars and condemns their tactics. No one has ever "lied" to the people other than those on the dais for not giving us all of the facts. This was a seat he cherished. But to him it was all about the seat--never transparency and never really serving the people other than some who had his ear.

Today, John Szerdi is still singing the same old dull song but this time the voters got tired of the tune.

Only by YOUR crowd, anonymous at 9:26. You guys really need to get over yourselves. Drink a different flavor of Kool-Aid or switch to Sweet tea.

Szerdi paid Wes Blackman for advice? Not too smart as Blackman has the hit blog in Lake Worth. He is a loser and this majority commission is a loser. That's 3 elections in a row right now. Crash and burn.

Seems Szerdi is the one with a small...group, no? He wanted 3 months to know who was running against him and forced people to decide between Thanksgiving & Christmas! He put the item on the agenda and said he was 'protecting the intent' or something silly like that! He wanted more time & he got it - he even got lots of money but where were the xtra 500 people (votes) that love & think he is as smart as he thinks he is?

He was a condescending tyrant & a bully on the dais! He dissed many openly and made more than one "dumb & dumber" movie comment about the very people he HONORABLY SERVED! Really John - how did that work out for you? You shouldn't be shocked. Your pride went before your own trip & fail. You sir didn't do your homework and thought you could slip into the city & create it in your own image! That's obviously not gonna happen.

Now the very public tantrum you're throwing; blaming anyone but YOURSELF is great proof as to why you had to be replaced!

John Szerdi only took 37% of the vote. So if anyone hates Lynn Anderson, it can't be much more than 932 people.

I'd like to thank the NAPC.

The last debate was great and unfortunately (for them) they couldn't control the conversation.

But why would they want to?
They are non-political.

The un-elected Commissioner was again not elected.
He is angry that he didn't get control of $800,000.00 of taxpayer money to spend at his discretion.
I stopped going to meetings because of his arrogance and am happy we no longer have to look at or listen to him.

Can't believe Szerdi would hire West Blackman as a campaign consultant. We can only hope that Angry Andy and Munchkin Maxwell hire him for their managers too!!!!!!

I don't think we have that many anarchists in lake worth so I'm not sure why they are being blamed for his campaign failures. Cara hasn't been in office since 2010 and doesn't seem heavily involved in politics these days.

Sayonara to "I'm an architect" John (leggo man) Szerdi.

A 5 year old with a leggo kit could design more attractive buildings than the ones he has burdened us with.
