NATO Chucklers

It's been reported that some of the members of NATO chuckled when President Trump said that they should be paying their fair share.

In the 28-nation NATO alliance, total defense spending topped $900 billion in 2015. The United States paid $650 billion, or 73%, of the total budget.

Americans can no longer shoulder this unfair burden on their own.Trump was right.

As Trump said, he is president of the United States of America not the whole world. American First.

trump's crass approach and inability to articulate beyond a 7th grade level was embarrassing. He shoved a prime minister and behaved as an ignorant arrogant bully - completely out of his league among intellectuals and foreign dignitaries. His intent may have been right but his delivery was worthy of mockery.

His IQ is the 2nd highest of all presidents from the beginning of our country. So, you are wrong, again.

Intellectuals and foreign dignitaries???

A bunch of embarrassed deadbeats posing as persons of significance.

When will they pay their committed and fair share?

I'll see nothing dignified in these foreign freeloaders. 10:37am is crass.

Lynn, there were no IQ tests in Washington's day and trump's IQ is self-proclaimed. But IQ has nothing to do with diplomacy, elequence, or the ability to keep one' self from shoving aside fellow world leaders for his own grandiosity. Again, the message wasnt entirely off base, the delivery and decorum was undignified and perpetuated his arrogant boorish reputation.

NATO was created to form a barrier between Europe and the former Soviet Union. You could argue that NATO isn't really needed anymore, but for sure, the Europeans would be just as happy to be friends with Russia as with the US. Americans are just basically digging a hole for themselves with poor foreign policy, and getting involved in all sorts of foreign wars. This has been going on for years, and is not a reflection on the current administration. I was hoping Trump would do better.

Well, the U.S. is not into kissing azzes anymore. Can't think of a better foreign policy. And give Trump a chance. You're expecting miracles in 4 months with a Congress that is blocking everything he wants to do? God, You people are tough.
