Who remebers Planning & Zoning Board when Lucerne Developr applied for a zoning(6 instead of 2 story Downtown )violating 6 story residential building with 20 ft set-back from public sidewalk?A building permit with all zoning variances was given by P.& Z, Board,with member herman Robinson,on Condition that Lucerne Developer,whose father built Wellington Mall,on condition,fellow Taxpayers of Lake Worth,that he build 110 Public Parking spaces,to keep Downtown businesses alive. When Lucerne with 6 story variance against 2-story friendly Old Florida,Lake Worth Downtown architecture and stealing 5 -feet of our side walk,crippling Downtown Lake Worth Outdoor tourism attracting business,was finished,Lucerne Developer walked away, refusing with Herman Robinson member Lake Worth P.& Z. Board,to build the Contractually stipulated 110 Public Parking spaces,permanently crippling full business Downtown Lake Worth,successful businesses.Now businesses come ,after crippled by P.& Z.lack of Lucerne Developer defaulted 100 Public Parking spaces.Shelly vana did not represent the over 1 million people of the County,and was voted out,sent home.
