One of the headlines this evening was that the dirty mayor's race in West Palm Beach had heated up over the last 48 hours. The same thing has happened in Lake Worth but it's been since approximately 3pm today when the mayor held a press conference with channel 5 and channel 12 in the City chamber. I caught channel 12's segment which was less than a minute.
The Mayor, Pam Triolo, who has said that she is "not political," held a political PR the day before our election. Her name is on the literature for John Szerdi and Serge Jerome. Who is she kidding? She shouldn't be interfering in democracy by manipulating the public by not telling all of the facts about why we have not paid ourselves back on this loan on the casino...money that we borrowed from ourselves. She left out many of the facts.
She read the three options that were listed in the ITN and explained the process. Her speech was approximately 10 minutes long. She asked if there were any questions--there were none.
If you want to read the Mayor's speech and see the video that was filmed today at City Hall, (that NO ONE KNEW ABOUT other than her chosen few), Click here.

Haven't seen the video yet, don't have to. (Too busy trying to win with the truth, no stomach for BS spin.)
But come on, if Pam held a press conf the day before the election (with help of city staff) it is the definition of political and partisan and inappropriate and desperate! And more. --OK, can't prove "out of sunshine" and "pay to play" charges. Yet.
Meanwhile, No doubt Pam, Scott & Andy are SCARED S**TLESS! --Along with Wes & Rice & their insider bully clique.
The "architect" (who by the way, never received a single vote from the public) can laugh all the way to to the bank, or wherever, whatever. --I don't care where he goes, just leave my beloved hometown of Lake Worth and its PUBLIC BEACH alone!
Let's leave the decision making on the dais to people who actually got VOTES FROM THE PUBLIC. (Hello Scott, I'm talking to you...)
VOTE McVOY & MAIER! It's about TRUST. --Thanks PBPost for pointing out the obvious.
Scott, Andy, Pam --your "I didn't get your vote, and I know better than you, so I don't care what you want" honeymoon is over. The public wants a divorce!
The truth is, your political opponents are willing to be amicable & work together in cooperation for the betterment of the city & all of its residents. --But are you?????
