A bill that was designed to block “the application of foreign law” in state courts advanced in the Montana House of Representatives earlier this week. The bill, of course, includes Sharia law and it has Democrats and Muslims fuming mad. Democrats are yelling that this potential law only targets Muslims and that it fuels xenophobia.
On May 2014, former Florida Governor Rick Scott signed a bill prohibiting state courts from applying foreign law. Governor Scott and the Florida Republican legislature protected our way of life on a 24/14 vote. Democrats did not. And C.A.I.R screamed bloody murder.

Virginia governor seeks funds to hire muscle for gun-ban enforcement

Some brand new records from the Justice Department have some pretty bad news for former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, indicating there might be a criminal prosecution headed his way sometime soon.
Dozens of pages of previously unreleased, secret material has been released that details the FBI’s internal investigation into the bureau’s then right-hand man, including his denial of being the source of the leak concerning Secretary of State Hillary Clinton along with a follow-up meeting featuring McCabe reversing course and admitting he was the one who approved the disclosure.
Strzok claims anti-Trump texts protected by First Amendment, administration violated his rights
Former FBI agent and once the head of the FBI's counter intelligence Peter Strzok, is suing the government in a bid for reinstatement of his job. "He says that his politically charged anti-Trump messages were protected by the First Amendment -- even though he sent them on bureau-issued phones while playing leading roles in the probes into both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump."
